Skirk Team Comp Strategy
Rarity: ★★★★★ | Element: Cyro | Weapon: Sword
According to Skirk's kit, we can learn that Skirk's quite resctrictive with her passives. She only get buffs for every teammate that does at least one Hydro or Cyro attack. And she needs a thing called Void Rift, you need to do Cyro reaction.
Below are Skirk team up requirements:
- Only Hydro or Cyro characters.
- At least one Hydro.
- Preferably a Hydro characters that can apply off field Hydro to generate Void Rifts.
Best Skirk Premium Teams
On-Field DPS Team
Skirk + Escoffier + Furina + Shenhe (Any Hydro or Cyro characters)
Escoffier (Sustain):
Escoffier provides sustain, significantly reduces enemy resistance to both Hydro and Cryo, and contributes off-field Cryo damage to trigger Void Rifts.
Furina (Support):
Furina supports the entire team by boosting overall damage and applying consistent Hydro.
Shenhe (Buffer):
Shenhe reduces Cryo resistance, adds additional Cryo damage, and—at Constellation 6—greatly boosts Skirk's Normal Attack DMG. It's worth noting that Shenhe without C6 is better suited for Skirk’s Quick Swap playstyle.
This team has a lot of elemental application. When freezing enemies, the team boasts high elemental application and damage output, allowing for swift enemy elimination. Whether facing single or multi targets, this team offers great adaptability. Escoffier's presence ensures the team endure long battles, maintaining high damage output over extended periods.

While Escoffier and Furina are core to Skirk’s best comps, Shenhe is more flexible. You can replace her with other supportive options. To replace her, you can choose:
- Layla is another solid option for a shield, especially when you have C4 as that provides a massive boost to Skirk's damage
- Mona provides damage bonus. C4 gives another 15% CRIT Rate. A good option for nuke build.
- Dahlia increases attack SPD and a great shielder to protect the team.
- Yelan for higher DMG boost and Resilience build.
Off-Field Burst Team
Skirk + Escoffier + Furina + Nevuilette (Any Hydro DPS)
Skirk can also be played as an off-field burst bot, where she’s swapped in occasionally to unleash her Elemental Burst for a quick and impactful chunk of Cryo damage.
This playstyle is simple yet effective, especially for players who don’t want to commit to Skirk as a full on-field carry. The general structure of these teams includes a main Hydro or Cryo DPS on-field, with Skirk filling in as a flexible sub-DPS who supports through her burst.
Since her energy system is unique—based on generating Serpent Subtlety through elemental reactions and Void Rifts—these teams still require proper reaction triggers (especially Freeze) to function optimally.
Hydro DPS:
Strong Hydro on-field units such as Ayato, Neuvillette, or Tartaglia pair well with Skirk in this role. Ayato benefits from Skirk’s extra Cryo application for Freeze control, while Tartaglia, being her canonical student, creates a flavorful master-student synergy. Neuvillette already has solid teams, but Skirk can slot in easily thanks to her fast, burst-centric role.
Ayaka (Cyro DPS):
You can also use Skirk in traditional Ayaka Freeze teams, serving as an extra Cryo burst source. In this setup, she supports Ayaka’s heavy damage output while helping to maintain Freeze uptime. Skirk can be slotted in over Shenhe if you lack her, though her burst won’t be as impactful without proper Freeze reactions.
❌Mono Cryo burst teams without Freeze triggers are not recommended. Since Skirk relies on elemental reactions to generate Void Rifts, mono-element teams lack the consistency to maintain her burst uptime and significantly reduce her effectiveness.

Best Skirk F2P Teams
For F2P players, it's highly recommended to use Skirk with her on-field Normal Attack mode. Other DPS like Wriothesley, Neuvillette, Ayato, and Ayaka need at least C4S1 to pair well with the C0S1 Skirk, So it need relatively high investment to use Skirk with her Quick Swap nuke mode.
Skirk F2P Team 1
Since the C0S0 Skirk has complete mechanic and not everyone got Escoffier and Furina, we have alternatives for Escoffier and construct a strong F2P team for Skirk: Skirk + Charlotte + Candace + Kazuha.
Charlotte (Support)
Charlotte provides off-field Cryo application, helps generate Void Rifts, and at C4 offers a 20% CRIT Rate boost to the team. She also supports with energy regeneration.
Candace (Support)
Candace provides off-field Hydro application and a 20% Normal Attack damage boost, making her a good budget replacement for Shenhe.
Kuzuha (Support)
Kazuha amplifies Cryo damage by 40% and shreds enemy Cryo RES, further enhancing team synergy.

Skirk F2P Team 2
Skirk + Xingqiu + Dahlia + Layla is another good F2P option.
Xingqiu (Support)
Xingqiu provides strongger survivability through his damage reduction. And his Hydro application synchronizes well with Skirk’s fast-paced Normal Attacks, enabling consistent elemental reactions.
Dahlia (Support)
Dahlia serves as shielder while also offering subtle buffs to Skirk’s performance. Dahlia enhances her Attack Speed, which directly benefits Skirk’s Normal Attack output.
Layla (Support)
Layla serves as sheilder too, and C4 Layla provides a bonus to Normal Attack Damage based on her Max HP, offering additional synergy.
While this setup may not match the strength of Skirk’s more premium teams, it remains a reliable and accessible option for clearing most content effectively.
Skrik Teams without Escoffier or Furina
We can tell the importance of Escoffier and Furina meant to Skirk, but what if you don't have Esccofier or Furina? Actuially, you don't need to worry about that, Skirk is going to be fine, she can do Mavuika's damage without them, which is still above the game's average.
Here are the team list for players who don't have Escoffier or Furina:

Conclusion
That's all for Skirk's team comps, hope you find it helpful. While her potential shines brightest in premium Freeze Team with Escoffier and Furina, she is by no means limited to them. With creative team building and some flexibility, Skirk remains effective even in non-Freeze team and F2P setups.
