Tingyun’s skill can grants a single ally with Benediction to increase their ATK by 25%—55%, up to 15%—27% of Tingyun's current ATK.

When she equips ‘The Forever Victual’, Tingyun can obtain a higher ATK bonus, thereby enhancing the buff effects she provides to her teammates.

By using her Skill multiple times, she can rapidly max out the stackable ATK of the Light Cone.

 

Robin

Robin’s ultimate can increase all allies' ATK based on Robin's ATK. So Robin’s buff is extremely dependent on her ATK. So if you don’t have signature light cone, the F2P light cone can be used. But please note , when she is in team, it is good to her to use 2 or 3 times of skill then use ultimate, which can bring more ATK increasing than other character who equips ‘The Forever Victual’.

 

Cerydra

Based on current information for her skills, her talent It can provide ATK increase for character with “Military Merit” based on her ATK, and she can output additional DMG based on her ATK. Moreover, her skill also needs to be used frequently. The F2P light cone to build Cerydra.
