How to Redeem Honkai: Star Rail Codes?
The Honkai: Star Rail codes can be redeemed through 2 main ways. You can claim it in-game or via official websites of Honkai: Star Rail.
Redeem Code in Official Website
- 1. Go to the official Honkai Star Rail redeem code website.
- 2. Log in your account and confirm the server.
- 3. Fill in the HSR codes and click "Redeem"
- 4. You will receive the rewards through in-game Mailbox.
*Note that for IOS users, using the website is the only way to redeem codes!
Redeem Code in-game
- 1. Log in your account and open the menu on the top-left.
- 2. Tap on the ellipses in the top right corner.
- 3. Fill in the HSR codes and click "Redeem"
- 4. Go back to ''More'' and claim rewards through in-game Mailbox

Why can't I redeem the code?
Redemption code has expired: Most of the redemption codes have a time limit, especially the version live codes (usually valid within 24 hours) So check the release time and expiration date of the redemption code.
Server region mismatch: Redemption codes are usually partitioned by server (e.g. Asian, American, European). Therefore, confirm the server where your game account is located (visible on the login screen)
Redemption code has been used: Each redemption code can only be used once per account, if it has been redeemed before, repeated entry will fail. Check the in-game mailbox (envelope icon in the upper left corner) to confirm whether you have received the reward. If you forget, you can contact customer service to check the record.
Redemption Limit: Some codes have a global redemption limit (e.g., the first 100,000 players) and will expire after the limit. So redeem the code as early as possible to avoid missing out. Pay attention to the official announcement to confirm whether there is a limit.
System Error or Bug: Occasional problems with the game server, especially after an update, may cause the redemption function to be abnormal. Wait for a few hours and retry, or contact HoYoverse customer service (in-game“Feedback”or official website) and provide the redemption code and screenshots of the failed attempt.
