X-Clash Survival Challenge Hero Tier List – Best F2P & Spender Heroes Ranked

Yo what’s up fellow survivors! So you just crash-landed into the apocalyptic hellscape of X-Clash: Survival Challenge, huh? Your castle is a pile of rubble, your survivors are eating each other’s shoes, and some random Nightfall dude just wiped your entire frontline in three seconds. Relax. We’ve all been there. I rage-deleted this game twice before realizing that throwing random shiny heroes at the problem is NOT the move.

Today we’re gonna fix that. I’m dropping a full hero tier list for you. Let’s get into it.

F2P Heroes

SS TIER (F2P) – Your Non-Negotiable Day 1 Picks

Sera – The Early Game Menace

Role: DPS | Faction: Forest

Sera is your day-one bestie. You can grab her from the Sera pack right at the start (yes, that’s the same hero—transcript typo moment), and she absolutely shreds early content. Forest altar is your priority when rushing castle levels, and forest research is cheaper and faster to complete. Plus, the best early epic supports are also Forest, giving you a sweet faction bonus. She’s cheap, she’s effective, and she won‘t judge you for your poor life choices.

Yord – The Buffer That Breaks the Game

Role: Support/Buffer | Faction: ?

Yord is the best general buffer in the game right now. Period. You absolutely need him for World Boss—his buffs turn mediocre DPS into actual nukes. F2P or spender, Yord fits into any team. Build him. Love him. Never let him go.

S TIER (F2P) – Your Reliable Workhorses

Fenixia – The World Boss Queen (With a Catch)

Role: DPS | Faction: Human

Fenixia is the World Boss queen. Her damage output is insane—when RNGesus blesses your crit rolls. With Yord’s buffs helping her out, she can outdamage even top spender heroes in perfect scenarios. In PvP? She falls off a bit because her damage decreases as enemy heroes drop. Still, she’s a solid pickup from the lucky spin that gives you mixed team options.

Dragonic – Your Free Tanky Boi

Role: Tank | Faction: ?

First hero you can get from the summoning altar. Solid F2P tank, especially when paired with Andrew later. Nothing flashy, but he’ll keep your backline alive while you figure out what you’re doing.

Andrew – The Day 60 Savior

Role: Tank | Faction: ?

Available from free summons on day 60 of your server. Great anti-magic capabilities, strong debuff skills, and he directly counters those annoying early Forest-focused teams that everyone and their grandma is running. Patience pays off.

Crystal & Vera – The Epic Support Dream Team

Role: Supports | Faction: Forest

Both are fantastic early investments, especially for World Boss. Crystal buffs your Forest backline. Vera has a skill that increases damage taken by the World Boss. These two will carry your boss damage more than some legendary heroes. Don’t sleep on them.

A TIER (F2P) – Solid Fillers

Jackie & Eldrich

Role: Epic fillers | Faction: ?

Good epic heroes for F2P. Just invest in one of them. They can hold down a spot while you wait for Andrew on day 60. Not game-breaking, but they won’t embarrass you either.

 

Spender Heroes Tier

SS TIER (Spender) – The Wallet Warriors

Monica – The Backline Terror

Role: DPS | Faction: Forest

You‘ll start with Sera like everyone else, but once you max Monica? She outshines everyone. In PvP, she bypasses tanks and nukes the backline directly. In World Boss, she hits multiple targets. She’s the best damage dealer in the Forest faction and an absolute monster. Monica is a beast.

Sophia – The Single-Target Executioner

Role: DPS | Faction: Human

Some of the highest single-target damage in the game thanks to her skill. In World Boss, Fenixia can sometimes outdamage her with perfect crit rolls, but Sophia is way more consistent. In PvP, she outshines Fenixia because her damage doesn‘t fall off as enemies die.

Daphne – The Nightfall Powerhouse

Role: DPS | Faction: Nightfall

Best Nightfall DPS. Hard counters Human teams. The problem? She struggles against Forest-focused teams, which are super popular early on. So she’s amazing—but not against the meta you‘ll actually see for the first month. Use accordingly.

Yord – Yes, Still SS

Even for spenders, Yord is non-negotiable. His buffs are so good that he fits into any team regardless of how much you spend. Rich or poor, Yord is your daddy now.

S TIER (Spender) – Strong But Situational

Valkyr

If Valkyr drops in your server‘s first 60 days, she’s in this tier. No questions asked.

Sparta – The Mechanics-Heavy Gigachad

Role: Tank | Faction: ?

Very technical, mechanic-heavy tank with creative use cases. NOT for World Boss. But in PvP? If you can use him correctly, he’s disgusting. I‘m planning a full guide on him because he’s too spicy for a quick summary.

A TIER (Spender) – Low Priority

Dragonic & Andrew

They have their uses, but the SS and S tier heroes give you much better return on investment early on. Build them if you have spare resources—but you probably don‘t.

B TIER (Spender) – The “Maybe Later” Club

Belio, Crystal, Vera

Crystal and Vera are still fantastic for World Boss because of their unique boss-related skills. Belio can contribute some damage. But compared to Monica/Sophia/Daphne? They’re benchwarmers for now.
