Denia is one of the most talked-about Resonators to hit the roster this year. The 5-star Fusion Rectifier arrives in Phase 2 alongside her signature weapon, Forged Dwarf Star, and plenty of Rovers are asking the same question: is this weapon worth pulling? Let me break down everything you need to know—what Forged Dwarf Star does, how it fits into Denia’s dual-mode kit, which alternatives actually work, and how to decide if it belongs on your account.

Denia Overview

Denia is a Fusion Sub-DPS who functions as a team-wide Amplifier and Support. Her kit revolves around two distinct forms—Stagecraft Form (her default state) and Breakdown Form (her shifted state)—that feed into each other through her Resonance Liberations.

Denia

In Stagecraft Form, Denia builds Void Particle by attacking. When she casts Final Act - Stagecraft Form, she deals Fusion DMG and transitions into Breakdown Form, gaining Entropy Shift: Breakdown Form, which passively regenerates Void Particle. In Breakdown Form, Void Particle converts into Conformal Charge, which powers up Final Act - Breakdown Form—her massive nuke. After unleashing it, she creates an Erosion Field that pulls enemies and deals continuous Resonance Liberation DMG, then shifts back to Stagecraft Form with a 30% ATK boost.

What makes Denia truly flexible is her two Resonance Modes:

  • Fusion Burst Mode: Frequently applies Fusion Burst to enemies and grants all teammates a 30% Fusion DMG Bonus. Ideal for Fusion Burst DoT teams.
  • Tune Strain Mode: Applies Tune Strain - Shifting, resets debuff durations, and grants teammates +10 Break Boost. Perfect for Tune Break compositions.

Her Outro Skill is where her amplification shines brightest. In Fusion Burst mode, the next Resonator gains up to 40% Fusion Burst DMG amplification for 30 seconds. In Tune Strain mode, the next Resonator gains 15% All DMG amplification (up to 40% if they apply Deviation) for 16 seconds. This handoff mechanic is what makes her weapon’s team-wide buffs so potent.

Forged Dwarf Star: Denia’s Signature Weapon

Forged Dwarf Star is a 5-star Rectifier and Denia’s undisputed best-in-slot weapon. It launches on the Absolute Pulsation limited weapon convene banner, running from May 21 to June 11, 2026 (Asia server), parallel to Denia’s character banner in Phase 2 of Version 3.3.

Forged Dwarf Star

Base ATK | 500

Crit Rate | 36.0%

Weapon Effect: Dissolution (Rank 1)

- Increases the wielder’s ATK by 12%.

- When the wielder inflicts Fusion Burst Effect or Tune Strain - Shifting on a target, their Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus increases by 36% for 5 seconds.

- While this effect is active, whenever any Resonator in the team inflicts Fusion Burst Effect or Tune Strain - Shifting, that character’s ATK increases by 24% for 15 seconds. Effects of the same name cannot stack.

Forged Dwarf Star is tailor-made for Denia’s kit in three key ways:

1. Personal Damage Amplification: The 36% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus directly buffs both Final Act - Breakdown Form and the continuous damage from her Erosion Field. Since Denia frequently triggers Fusion Burst or Tune Strain - Shifting, this buff has near-permanent uptime in proper rotations.

2. Team-Wide ATK Buff: This is the weapon’s standout feature. When Denia applies her mode-specific debuffs, every teammate who does the same gains a 24% ATK boost for 15 seconds. In a Fusion Burst team with Aemeath or a Tune Strain team with Luuk Herssen, this becomes a massive party-wide stat injection.

3. Crit Rate Secondary Stat: At 36%, this is one of the highest Crit Rate bonuses on any Rectifier, making artifact (Echo) gearing significantly easier. You can focus more on Crit DMG, ATK%, and Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus substats without worrying about hitting Crit Rate thresholds.

At higher refinement ranks (R5), the passive scaling jumps dramatically: 24% self ATK, 72% Liberation DMG Bonus, and 48% team ATK—but R1 is already exceptional and entirely sufficient for all content.

Best Weapon Alternatives

Not everyone can (or wants to) pull for a signature weapon. Fortunately, Denia has several strong alternatives. Her value rests primarily on team buffs and Resonance Liberation DMG, so you’re looking for Crit Rate, Crit DMG, ATK%, and Liberation DMG Bonus stats.

5-Star Alternatives

Stringmaster (1st Alternative)

Stringmaster (1st Alternative)

This is honestly a close second to Forged Dwarf Star. It grants 12% Attribute DMG Bonus and stacks ATK with Resonance Skill hits—up to 24% from two stacks. When Denia is off-field (which is frequent in her quick-swap playstyle), she gets an additional 12% ATK. If you already own Stringmaster, you can comfortably skip Forged Dwarf Star unless you’re min-maxing for leaderboard content.

Lethean Elegy (2nd Alternative)

Lethean Elegy (2nd Alternative)

With a high 587 Base ATK and 24.30% Crit Rate, Lethean Elegy packs a punch. After dealing Echo Skill DMG, you get 32% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus, Echo Skill DMG Amplification, and 8% DEF ignore for 12 seconds. The DEF ignore is uniquely valuable in high-level Tower of Adversity, but the uptime requires weaving Echo skills into your rotation carefully.

Cosmic Ripples (3rd Alternative)

This is the “comfy” pick. It offers a massive 54% ATK secondary stat and 12.8% Energy Regen, plus stacking Basic Attack DMG Bonus. The damage ceiling is lower, but if you’re struggling with energy management or just want smoother rotations in the open world, Cosmic Ripples gets the job done.

4-Star Alternatives

Augment (Best 4-Star)

Augment (Best 4-Star)

At Refinement 5, this weapon gives a straightforward 15% ATK buff for 15 seconds every time you cast Resonance Liberation. Denia uses her Liberation frequently as part of her core rotation, so this buff is essentially always active. With 20.25% Crit Rate as its secondary stat, Augment is the best budget option by a comfortable margin.

Waltz in Masquerade

Waltz in Masquerade

If you’re running Denia in a team that consistently applies Negative Statuses (which both Fusion Burst and Tune Strain teams do), Waltz in Masquerade can stack up to 16% ATK. The secondary ATK% stat is nice, but the conditional nature makes it slightly less consistent than Augment.

Should You Pull Forged Dwarf Star?

Here’s my honest take as someone who’s played WuWa since launch:

Pull if:

- You’re all-in on Denia as your primary Sub-DPS and plan to build around her.

- You run a Fusion Burst team with Aemeath and want the maximum damage ceiling.

- You lack Stringmaster and want a top-tier Rectifier for your account.

Skip if:

- You already own Stringmaster—the gap is noticeable but not game-changing.

- You’re saving for future characters or weapons.

- You’re a casual player who clears content comfortably and doesn’t chase meta optimization.

The weapon banner in WuWa can be punishing (no Fate Point equivalent without enough pulls saved), so if you’re sitting on less than 60-70 pulls, it’s worth thinking carefully. That said, Forged Dwarf Star is objectively one of the strongest Rectifiers in the game right now, and if you’re committed to Denia, it’s absolutely worth the investment.

Final Thoughts

Forged Dwarf Star exemplifies what a signature weapon should be: deeply synergistic with its intended character without feeling mandatory. Denia functions perfectly well with alternatives like Stringmaster or Augment, but her signature elevates both her personal damage and her team utility to another level. Whether you’re vaporizing enemies in a Fusion Burst comp or methodically breaking through Tune Strain encounters, this weapon delivers.

May your pities come early and your 50/50s swing your way.
