1. Use Shell Credit to buy Gemini Spore in Resonator Nursing Unit

You can purchase Gemini Spore using Shell Credits at the Resonator Nursing Unit within the new 3.0 map, Academy-Startorch. This area can be unlocked by completing the 3.0 Main Quest.

2. Found Gemini Spore in the Collection Spot
