How to get Truth in Lies?

Truth in Lies is obtained after defeating the new boss Fenrico in the Lumen Tower location in Fabricatorum of the Deep. You may also gain early access to Fenrico by tracking him under Boss Challenge.

 

Where to pick Wintry Bell?

Wintry Bell can be farmed in Gorges of Spirits, just outside the Tolling Stream. Teleport to the nearby Resonance Nexus or one of the nearby Resonance Beacons.
