Cyberpunk: Edgerunners?Rebecca is finally here!
If Lucy is the elegant yet deadly elite hacker, then Rebecca is pure, unhinged DPS energy from head to toe!
But don't let her wild exterior fool you — Rebecca isn't just a brainless damage dealer. She's got some solid support tricks up her sleeve too.
This guide will break down everything you need to know about building Rebecca: her kit, best weapons, Echoes, team comps, and how to pilot this ammo-loving chaos gremlin like a pro.
Rebecca Overview

Rarity: 5-star | Element: Electro | Weapon: Pistol
Rebecca is an Electro pistol-wielding character built around "high-speed gunfire + stance switching." She fights by constantly swapping between two modes: Hunter and Iron Guts .
Right now, her synergy with Lucy is off the charts — from Outro Skills to turret summons to Hack mechanics, they've got interactions everywhere. Basically? They're the patch's power duo. No question.
All in all, Rebecca is a collab character with insane gameplay satisfaction, over-the-top animations, and the ability to flex as a sub-DPS and support. Even if you don't run her as a main carry, her Outro Skill and Hack mechanics can find a home in plenty of teams. Her versatility is way higher than you'd expect from someone who looks like pure chaos on legs.
Rebecca Skill Priority
Rebecca is a character who deals high Basic Attack DMG. When leveling up her skills, prioritize unlocking her inherent skills — "Tag, You're It!" and "Left an Opening!" first. After that, follow this recommended upgrade order:
Forte Circuit > Resonance Liberation > Normal Attack > Resonance Skill > Intro Skill
Hunter Mode focuses on agile dual-pistol combat, featuring plenty of backflips, slides, and tactical dodges. Iron Guts Mode, on the other hand, leans into close-range shotgun burst damage, giving it a much heavier, punchier feel. Both modes allow Rebecca to move and attack simultaneously via Tactical Dodge, making her gameplay incredibly smooth and flexible in practice.
Her Resonance Liberation — "Party 'til Dawn!" is arguably Rebecca's most iconic skill. When activated, she mounts a heavy machine gun and enters a fixed turret stance, automatically locking onto enemies and unleashing a relentless barrage. During this time, she gains high damage reduction and interruption resistance, and you can also enhance the machine gun's firepower through additional inputs. The skill ends with a massive finisher explosion called "BOOM! Fireworks!" — a flashy, unhinged spectacle that perfectly captures the out-of-control vibe of a Cyberpunk collab character.
On top of all that, Rebecca also features the collab-exclusive Hack mechanic. By applying Hack - Shifting to enemies with her skills, she can trigger Hack - Interfered alongside her teammates, dealing additional damage.

Rebecca's signature weapon is called Bonebreaker, and it fits her perfectly in every sense. When equipped on Rebecca, it provides a hefty Basic Attack DMG bonus and a teamwide ATK buff. However, because the Hack mechanic is exclusive to collab characters, the weapon's versatility is very low outside of her.
For substitute options, among the Crit-based limited 5-star weapons, you can consider Linette's signature weapon, which also focuses on Basic Attack DMG. Both of the standard banner 5-star weapons are solid choices, but the first-period weapon Stopping Smoke is the better pick — it's a T0 sub-DPS weapon. As for 4-star weapons, the only one that barely works is the Battle Pass weapon Solar Flame thanks to its Crit Rate stat.

Rebecca Echo
Sonata Set
Since the new Echo set activates with just 1 piece, Rebecca's Echo setup in most cases follows a 1 + 2 + 2 configuration. If her energy regeneration is very poor and you're struggling to cast her Resonance Liberation consistently, you can also opt for an Energy Regen 2-piece set as an alternative.

Unlike before, the new Echo set is a 1-piece set. This leaves the remaining 4 slots to be split between two different 2-piece sets.
When Rebecca is fulfilling a sub-DPS role in the team, and she's supporting a high-sequence main DPS, you can consider using the Moonlit Clouds Set — it provides stronger buffing capabilities.
Resonance Chain
- Chain 1 – "Try Not to Get in the Way!"
Slightly increases multiplier and interruption resistance.
- Chain 2 – "Oh, Hey Choom!"
Provides teamwide All-Attribute DMG Bonus and restores special energy while out of combat.
- Chain 3 – "Don't Sweat Your Six!"
Increases Resonance Liberation multiplier and AoE range, and restores special energy.
- Chain 4 – "Got Ya Covered!"
Slightly increases Crit DMG and DEF Ignore.
- Chain 5 – "Dreamin' on the Edge"
Slightly increases Basic Attack DMG.
- Chain 6 – "Maybe, Just Maybe..."
Massively increases Basic Attack DMG Bonus, delivering a huge damage spike.
That said, the upgrades are pretty solid. If you like her, consider pulling or exchanging for her chains.Chain 2 (teamwide buff) and Chain 6 (massive self-damage spike) are the standout highlights.

Team Composition
Collab Team |
||
|
Lucy |
Rebecca |
Shorekeeper / Mornye / Verina |
Lucy and Rebecca are both collab characters, and their kits have tons of synergies — they're hands down the best duo.
For the healer slot, since both Lucy and Rebecca have long on-field uptime, the best choice is Mornye at S1.
Heavy Attack DPS + Rebecca + Healer |
||
|
|
Rebecca |
Shorekeeper / Verina |
Rebecca is given away for free during this collab event. If you're not particularly attached to the collab but don't want her to collect dust, you can pair her with Augusta or Jiyan — heavy attack main DPS characters who don't rely on strict team synergies. In these teams, Rebecca roughly replaces Iuno or Mortefi.

|
Rebecca |
|
Shorekeeper / Verina |
Rebecca takes on the role of the team's main DPS. This setup is recommended for high-sequence Rebecca or as a beginner transitional team, but it is not recommended as a mainstream team. For the second slot, choose Linette for her strong buffing capabilities, or Sanhua as a Basic Attack buffer.
Conclusion
Rebecca's current role leans more toward sub-DPS and the core of the collab team synergy — especially her partnership with Lucy, which is incredibly polished. Even if you don't plan on investing heavily in her sequences, just 0+1 already gives you a pretty solid experience. And hey, she's free — so anything you get is pure profit!
