Lucia Kit Breakdown

Lucia's gameplay mechanics are highly diverse, giving her higher playability than any current Support-type character. Essentially, Lucia is a Support who excels at dealing damage while applying buffs.

• New Damage Multiplier: When performing an Echo Strike, Lucia manifests an Ethereal to strike forward, dealing AoE damage.
• Dreams Point: When Dreams point is full, Lucia enters the Dream state, consuming Dreams Point to boost her damage.
• Chain Skill: A powerful Echo Attack that does not consume Dreams Point.
• Enhanced Special Skill: Lucia’s primary source of buffs, providing up to 900 Penetration and extending the duration of the "Ether Veil: Health" effect.
• Ultimate: Lucia dashes forward in Ethereal form and creates a Health Area, continuously restoring HP to allies inside. It also significantly extends the duration of Ether Veil: Health. Using the Ultimate while in Dream state grants all allies an additional instant Dream State entry.
• Core Skill: When Dreamscape Value reaches the threshold, Lucia activates Ether Veil: Health, increasing the max HP of all allied units.

The duration of each stack is calculated separately, and each friendly unit can provide 1 stack of the buff. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

4-piece: When the equipper is a Support character and uses an EX Special Attack or Ultimate, the DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 18% for 25s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.

Substitutes such as "Astral Voice" or "Swing Jazz" can be employed to comparable effect.

Astral Voice 2-piece: ATK +10%. 4-piece: Whenever any squad member enters the field using a Quick Assist, all squad members gain 1 stack of Astral, up to a maximum of 3 stacks, and lasting 15s. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Each stack of Astral increases the DMG dealt by the character entering the field using a Quick Assist by 8%. Only one of this effect can be active at a time in the same squad.

Swing Jazz 2-piece: Energy Regen +20%. 4-piece: Launching a Chain Attack or Ultimate increases all squad members' DMG by 15% for 12s. Passive effects of the same name do not stack.
