Krampus Compliance Authority

Promeia’s core gameplay can be summed up as: detonate anomalies, cycle endlessly.

While her cloak is active, she can move freely, follow up with attacks, and even trigger an automatic perfect dodge. What truly sets her apart, however, is her deep synergy with “attribute anomalies.”

Her Chain Attack, Ultimate, and Core Passive “Pyre Stealer” all feature a mechanic called “Abloom”, simply put, whatever attribute anomaly is on the enemy, she detonates it again for bonus damage of that type. If your team includes agents who frequently inflict Shock, Burn, or other anomalies, Promeia acts as an amplifier that effectively “duplicates” that damage.

Her strengths shine in specific scenarios: BOSS fights in Shiyu Defense, high-pressure waves in Hollow Zero, and any environment where you can consistently trigger attribute anomalies. Her damage output isn’t reliant on stunning enemies; it depends solely on whether an anomaly is present. As long as an anomaly persists, her damage flows.

Core Mechanics & Combat Rhythm

“Shackled Absolution”

Promeia throws her cloak during certain moves. The cloak remains on the field, continuously slicing the enemy and dealing Ice damage. While the cloak is active, Promeia can walk slowly, press Basic Attack to seamlessly transition into the fifth hit of her attack string, and automatically triggers a Perfect Dodge when attacked (once every 20 seconds) . This makes her incredibly forgiving while in the “Shackled Absolution” state.

“Frostbite Value” + “Abloom”

Promeia has a hidden resource called “Frostbite Value,” which caps at 100. It regenerates in several ways:

  • Automatically by 2 points per second
  • Landing various attacks on enemies
  • An extra 5 points when your squad triggers Freeze, Disorder, or a unique “Chaotic Flow” effect
  • An extra 5 points when triggering her EX Special “Executioner: Shadow Stalk”

When Frostbite Value reaches 50 or more and the enemy is under an attribute anomaly, the final hit of her EX Special “Executioner: Icy Verdict” consumes 50 points and triggers different effects based on the enemy’s anomaly type:

  • Ice / Electric / Fire / Physical / Ether Anomaly: Triggers 1 instance of “Abloom,” dealing 240% of the corresponding attribute’s anomaly damage.
  • Wind Anomaly: Triggers a special “Shattered Rime” effect, dealing Ice Anomaly damage equal to 18% of the standard Shattered Rime damage.

Chain Attack & Ultimate

Her Chain Attack and Ultimate feature similar mechanics but with higher multipliers:

  • Chain Attack “Suspended Reckoning”: On heavy hit against an enemy under anomaly, triggers 1 instance of “Abloom,” dealing 110% of the corresponding attribute’s anomaly damage.
  • Ultimate “Penetrating Frostbite”: On heavy hit against an enemy under anomaly, triggers 1 instance of “Abloom,” dealing 780% of the corresponding attribute’s anomaly damage.

Skill Upgrade Priority

Core Passive > Special Attack > Basic Attack > Chain Attack > Assist > Dodge

  • Core Passive: Highest priority. It dictates how efficiently you regain Frostbite Value and the trigger logic for Abloom. Without investment, the whole system falls apart.
  • Special Attack: Extremely high. Her primary damage combos (Shatterfall, Heavy Frost, Icy Verdict) reside here—this is her “burst button.”
  • Basic Attack: High. The main method for entering “Shackled Absolution” and the primary way to apply Ice Anomaly buildup during neutral play.
  • Chain Attack: Medium. High multipliers, but triggered less frequently; can be deprioritized if resources are tight.
  • Assist: Low. Primarily for emergencies; not core to her damage output.
  • Dodge: Lowest. Upgrades only increase damage; doesn’t affect mechanics. Save for last.

4-Piece Set

Notes From the Chained (4-Piece)

Notes From the Chained

  • 2-Piece Bonus: Ice DMG +10%
  • 4-Piece Bonus: When the equipper triggers Abloom, their Anomaly Proficiency increases by 48 for 30s; repeated triggers reset the duration. When the equipper triggers a Freeze effect, their All-Attribute Anomaly DMG and Disorder DMG increase by 16% for 30s; repeated triggers reset the duration.

This set is practically tailor-made for Promeia. The 2-piece Ice DMG is a solid baseline, while the 4-piece effects align perfectly with her core mechanics. She triggers Abloom frequently, ensuring the 48 Anomaly Proficiency is consistently active. Similarly, applying Ice Anomaly (which she does constantly) triggers Freeze, granting the 16% bonus to Anomaly and Disorder damage. This set maximizes both Anomaly Proficiency and Anomaly DMG,the clear top choice.

Freedom Blues (4-Piece)

Freedom Blues

  • 2-Piece Bonus: Anomaly Proficiency +30
  • 4-Piece Bonus: When an EX Special Attack hits an enemy, reduce the target’s Anomaly Buildup RES to the equipper’s Attribute by 20% for 8s.

This set is more universally applicable. Since Promeia’s EX Special Attack is her core offensive tool, the 4-piece effect helps her (and her teammates) apply Ice Anomaly faster. It’s an excellent option if you intend for her to be the primary Ice anomaly applier in the team.

Drive Disc Main & Sub Stats

Main Stats

Slot

Recommended Main Stat

Reasoning

Slot 4

Anomaly Proficiency / CRIT Rate

Anomaly Proficiency directly affects Abloom damage highest priority.

Slot 5

Ice DMG / PEN Ratio

Ice DMG is universally strong; PEN Ratio performs better in high-pressure content.

Slot 6

Energy Regen / Anomaly Mastery

Energy Regen smooths out rotations; Anomaly Mastery boosts Ice anomaly buildup speed.

Sub Stat Priority

Anomaly Proficiency > ATK% > PEN Ratio / CRIT Rate > Energy Regen

  • Anomaly Proficiency: Core source of Abloom damage; also affects anomaly buildup speed. Highest priority.
  • ATK%: Universal damage boost that benefits all her attacks.
  • PEN Ratio / CRIT Rate: PEN Ratio gains value against high-defense enemies; CRIT Rate also contributes to Abloom damage. Balance based on your gear.
  • Energy Regen: Only need enough for smooth rotations; mainly covered by the Slot 6 main stat.

W-Engine Recommendations

Signature W-Engine (S-Rank)

  • Effect (R1): Increases the equipper’s Ice DMG by 35%. When the equipper uses an EX Special Attack to deal Ice DMG, increases their own Anomaly DMG by 15% for 30s. Max 2 stacks. Triggered at most once per skill use; repeated triggers refresh duration.

This engine perfectly complements her rotation: 35% Ice DMG is always active, and each EX Special Attack boosts her Anomaly DMG by 15% (up to 30%). This directly enhances her Abloom damage. The trigger condition matches her standard gameplay, requiring no extra effort to activate.

Alternative W-Engine Options

Fusion Compiler (S-Rank)

Fusion Compiler

A strong general-purpose S-Rank Anomaly engine that boosts overall anomaly damage. If you have this and don’t plan to pull for her signature, it’s a solid placeholder.

Electro-Lip Gloss (A-Rank)

Electro-Lip Gloss

This engine’s strength lies in its substat: 60 Anomaly Proficiency. Its passive is also easy to trigger—as long as an enemy has an attribute anomaly (which Promeia applies herself), she gains a permanent ATK boost and an extra independent damage multiplier.

Weeping Gemini (A-Rank)

Weeping Gemini

The “people’s champion” among A-Rank anomaly engines. Promeia’s teams typically include another anomaly agent (like Miyabi) or a support who frequently triggers anomalies. At 4 stacks, this engine provides a massive 192 Anomaly Proficiency. It’s also purchasable from the in-game store, making it easy to obtain and refine—the top choice for free-to-play players.

Team Compositions

Team 1: Promeia + Miyabi + Yuzuha

zzz promeia

zzz miyabi

yzuuha zzz

This is a classic “double anomaly + support” setup. Miyabi is an Ice anomaly agent who reliably applies Freeze. Yuzuha fills the support role, providing buffs and supplemental damage. Promeia’s Abloom mechanic repeatedly detonates anomalies on enemies: Miyabi applies Freeze → Promeia detonates it → Yuzuha triggers Disorder → Promeia detonates again. The three agents create a positive feedback loop, resulting in extremely high damage numbers.

Team 2: Promeia + Nangong Yu + Yuzuha

zzz promeia

nangong yu zzz

yzuuha zzz

Nangong Yu is an Ether Stun agent, specializing in quickly building up Daze. Yuzuha takes the support role, offering buffs and sustain. The logic here is different: Nangong Yu initiates by stunning the enemy, creating a safe window for Promeia to unleash her burst. Promeia concentrates her Abloom damage during the stun window, stacking Ice anomaly alongside Yuzuha’s support buffs. This creates a rhythm of “stun, then anomaly burst.” Compared to Team 1, this composition offers more controlled burst timing, making it ideal for boss fights requiring precise execution.

Conclusion

Promeia is an anomaly detonation engine built around Abloom. As long as you can consistently apply Ice or other anomalies, she’ll make that damage “bloom twice,” gaining momentum and dealing more damage the longer the fight goes.

If you’re ready to bring this S-Rank anomaly agent from the Krampus Compliance Authority into your roster but worry about having enough resources for her signature W-Engine or key Cinema levels, LDShop offers secure and cost-effective top-up services.

It’s a great way to get the Polychromes you need to secure your desired agents and gear, letting you focus on farming the perfect Drive Discs and enjoying the satisfying chain reaction of Abloom detonations. Save a little, speed things up, and get back to making enemy health bars disappear.
