How to Buy & Redeem a Digital Gift Card
- 01 Choose the card. Match the platform, account region, redemption currency and denomination to the intended recipient.
- 02 Review and pay. Select the quantity, apply an eligible coupon and check the final total using an available payment method.
- 03 Retrieve your code. Open the order in your LDShop Order Center after processing. Follow the delivery instructions shown for that product.
- 04 Redeem and check. Sign in to the intended platform account, follow the product’s redemption guide and confirm the wallet or game balance.
Buying a Gift for Another Player
Confirm the recipient’s platform and account region before choosing a value. A wallet card gives them spending credit to choose eligible content themselves. Send the unused code privately so they can redeem it on the intended account.
For a child’s PlayStation account, wallet top-up vouchers are redeemed on the family manager’s account. The family manager then controls the child’s spending limit.

Gaming Gift Card FAQs
Is a wallet card the same as a subscription?
A wallet card adds spending credit. A PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass membership grants subscription benefits for its stated term. Wallet funds may pay for an eligible subscription, but you must select the plan separately, and the platform may require an additional payment method.
Do gift cards or redeemed funds expire?
Check the selected code’s validity terms and the platform’s wallet rules separately. A code’s redemption deadline and the rules for funds already added to an account are different. Promotional credit may have its own conditions.
What if my code is invalid or already used?
Confirm the redemption platform, account region and code characters. If the error continues, send LDShop support your order number and the exact message or a screenshot. Keep the full code private outside the support conversation.
Can I cancel or refund a gift card order?
Eligibility depends on the product and fulfilment status, including whether the code has been delivered, revealed or redeemed. Read the Refund Policy before purchasing. If you selected the wrong card, contact support promptly before using the code.
