The Dahlia's zone converts every point of Toughness Reduction into immediate damage, allowing the team to enter a high-efficiency damage state from the very first second of combat.

This mechanic removes the historical bottleneck of Break DPS — the need to fully shatter enemy Weakness before dealing real damage.
