  • Victory Condition: Reach the target area, not annihilate. This means avoiding unnecessary combat is the core strategy.
  • Long-Distance Movement: The distance from the start point to the target area exceeds 20 squares. Conventional movement is insufficient; you must maximize the use of the ‘Chance Step (CS)’ mechanic.

Enemy Layout:

  • Southern Enemies can be ignored: Defeating the southern ZZ Gundam will summon reinforcements with Support Defense, which actually hinders advancement. It is recommended to completely ignore them.
  • Northern Enemies initially stationary: Enemies in the north do not act on the first turn, creating a safe window for your initial rush.

  • Phoenix Gundam Route: Use its Map Weapon to clear enemies ahead, trigger CS, then continue moving and attacking, advancing north as much as possible.
  • Relay Team Route: Precisely calculate damage. Have Unit 1 defeat a grunt to trigger CS and move, then have Unit 2 follow up to clear the next grunt and trigger CS, passing the baton north like a relay race.

Turn 2: Clear the Path and Position

  • Continue clearing enemies blocking the main path to the target area.
  • Deploy units with ‘Iron Wall’ near high-threat enemy units (e.g., Destiny Gundam) to draw their fire and create a safe space for the main breakthrough unit.

Turn 3: Final Breakthrough

  • Phoenix Gundam: Can usually directly rush into the target zone or use its Map Weapon to clear the final obstacle before entering.
  • Relay Team: Requires precise calculation of the final step. One unit defeats a guarding enemy to trigger CS, then steps into the target area. This may require damaging the guard (e.g., Destroy Gundam) first, then having another unit deliver the final blow and step in.

Operational tips:

  • Remember the core objective: The victory condition is ‘Reach,’ not ‘Annihilate.’ Avoid any combat not directly related to reaching the goal, especially do not shoot down the southern ZZ Gundam,
