3.3 Banners Pulling Advice

Hiyuki

Hiyuki

Hiyuki is positioned as a main Glacio DPS, specializing in sustained Glacio elemental output while balancing rotational play and burst damage. Her kit is well-developed, with a moderate learning curve. She has stable elemental application and a smooth damage rotation, performing well against both single targets and groups. Whether in daily domains, or high-pressure content, she delivers consistent results. Her overall strength is considered above average and up to standard for the current version.

LDShop's Advice

Rovers who are planning to build an Glacio team, or who already have a transitional Glacio team but lack a core main DPS, or those intending to form or improve their Glacio lineup, can consider pulling for Hiyuki. Hiyuki's official teammates are Lucilla (possibly debuting in the V3.4 banners Phase 2) and Suisui (version 3.5 banners Phase 2). In the meantime, Lynae and Chisa can serve as substitutes.

However, F2P / low-spending players with limited resources who already have a strong, fully-fledged damage-dealing team, or those who don't plan to invest heavily in an Glacio team in the long term, may want to wait and see—hold off until her future supporting teammates arrive before making a decision.

Denia

Denia

Denia is a dual-form character with the Fusion attribute. Her role is very clearly defined: she is Aemeath's dedicated "after-sales support" and the core support of the Fusion Burst team. She can greatly enhance the ceiling of the Fusion Burst team, performing exceptionally well in high-difficulty content such as Tower of Adversity and Whimpering Wastes.

LDShop's Advice

For Aemeath/Chisa players: If you already have Aemeath and Chisa, then Denia is an indispensable piece of your team puzzle. She will make your Fusion Burst team's damage take off immediately. You'll regret not pulling for her.

For Luuk Herssen players: Denia can also support Luuk Herssen's Tune Break team. Denia's Tune Strain Response Mode can be defined as his dedicated support. Consider pulling her to strengthen Luuk Herssen's team — in that case, the third slot would need to be Mornye.

For those without Aemeath or Luuk Herssen: If you have neither Aemeath nor Luuk Herssen, Denia's field time will be very limited. She would end up as a "bench character."

Pulling Advice

Mornye

Role Positioning: Fusion 5-Star Healer Support

  • Players who have Luuk Herssen and are committed to building a Tune Break team can pull.
  • Players who don't have Shorekeeper in their team and are lacking a healer can pull.
  • If you don't plan to play a Tune Break team, there's no need to pull.

Iuno

Iuno

Role Positioning: Aero Gauntlet 5-Star Sub-DPS

  • Players with Augusta may consider pulling S0R1.
  • Players with high-constellation Augusta may consider pulling S2R1.
  • Players who have Lynae but don't want to pull for Hiyuki can pull.
  • For Iuno solo, need to pull S3 and signature weapon.

Phrolova

Phrolova

Role Positioning: Havoc Rectifier Main DPS

  • Players who have Cantarella can pull:

Phrolova is a very strong team. Both in Tower of Adversity and Whimpering Waste and in the Big World, the performance is excellent. The only minor drawback is that a pure Havoc team can be easily countered.

  • Meta/strength-oriented players can pull:

Phrolova features a simple and straightforward wheelchair-level playstyle. S0R1 with S0R0 Cantarella or S0R0 Qiuyuan is already extremely strong. Almost any character that deals Echo damage can be revitalized by him/her. As a off-field DPS, there's plenty of room for future development. She is a character that genuinely improves the gameplay experience.

  • Players who want to play the new version's new teams, or who don't want to build a Havoc team, can skip.

Chisa

Chisa

Role Positioning: Havoc Support and Sub-DPS

  • If you have Aemeath and primarily play Fusion Burst team, you can pull.
  • If you have Cartethyia and Ciaccona, you can pull. This team performs as a T0 team in Whimpering Wastes.

Conclusion

That's all the banner information and pulling advice for WuWa's 2nd Anniversary! Hope this helps all you Rovers out there and allows you to save more Lunites for the right Resonators!
