WuWa 3.8 Lily Build Guide: Skills, Materials, Weapons, Echoes & Teams

Basic Attack

Repeatedly press or hold Normal Attack to unleash a sequence of up to four attacks that deal Spectro DMG.

Mid air Attack

Spend STA to perform a plunging strike that deals Spectro DMG.

Dodge Counter

Use Normal Attack shortly after a successful Dodge to strike the target with Spectro DMG. Using Normal Attack shortly after this counter follows up with Basic Attack Stage 4.

Nightmare Blend

Lily begins with Heavy Attack - Woven Fairytale selected. While this version is active, use Resonance Skill to change it to Heavy Attack - Woven Phantasm and deal Spectro DMG to nearby enemies. Nightmare Blend and Reverie Blend use the same cooldown.

Reverie Blend

While Heavy Attack - Woven Phantasm is active, use Resonance Skill to change it to Heavy Attack - Woven Fairytale and deal Spectro DMG to nearby enemies. Its cooldown is shared with Nightmare Blend.

Dream Perfume

Lily can store 300 Dream Perfume. Basic Attacks, Mid-air Attacks and Dodge Counters restore this resource when they hit. Casting either Reverie Blend or Nightmare Blend also restores Dream Perfume.

Heavy Attack: Woven Fairytale

At full Dream Perfume, hold Normal Attack to consume the entire resource and begin Woven Fairytale. The attack draws nearby targets inward and deals Spectro DMG. Throughout the skill, Lily receives 10% DMG Reduction and repeatedly damages nearby targets with Spectro DMG. All team members receive healing once per second for 2 seconds.

Woven Fairytale continually generates Dreambell Chime. Once Dreambell Chime reaches 300, pressing or holding Normal Attack ends the skill immediately with Fairytale’s Finale. The finisher also activates automatically at the end of Woven Fairytale. Fairytale’s Finale spends all Dreambell Chime.

Heavy Attack: Fairytale’s Finale

Strike enemies in range with Spectro DMG. Each percentage point of Lily’s Energy Regen above 100% grants this attack 0.5% additional Crit. Rate and 1% additional Crit. DMG, up to bonuses of 80% Crit. Rate and 160% Crit. DMG.

Casting Fairytale’s Finale gives Lily Sillage for 6 seconds. Her Outro consumes Sillage to apply Silvered Dream to team members. This effect can activate once per 25 seconds.

Heavy Attack: Woven Phantasm

At full Dream Perfume, hold Normal Attack to consume the entire resource and perform Woven Phantasm. It pulls nearby targets inward, deals Spectro DMG and heals every team member once per second for 2 seconds.

Lily continually gains Dreambell Chime during this attack. At 300 Dreambell Chime, press or hold Normal Attack to immediately end the skill with Phantasm’s End. Phantasm’s End also triggers automatically when Woven Phantasm finishes, consuming all Dreambell Chime.

Heavy Attack: Phantasm’s End

Deal Spectro DMG to targets in range. For every percentage point of Energy Regen above 100%, this attack receives 0.5% additional Crit. Rate and 1% additional Crit. DMG. The respective caps are 80% and 160%.

Using Phantasm’s End grants Sillage for 6 seconds. Casting Lily’s Outro spends Sillage and applies Silvered Dream to team members. This effect has a 25-second activation interval.

Silvered Dream

Duration: 30 seconds. If the active Resonator has this effect and can trigger Unison Response, they receive 7% ATK per team Unison Boon stack, counting up to four stacks. The active Resonator also receives 10% Echo Skill Crit. Rate and 20% Echo Skill Crit. DMG. All nearby team members gain resistance to interruption.

Lily enters Slumberland and grants Cradle Lullaby to her team.

Slumber

Duration: 50 seconds. While Lily is in Slumberland, she heals the nearby active Resonator every 3 seconds. Directional input commands Dreambind to deal Spectro DMG to nearby enemies. Dreambind draws targets within range inward every 5 seconds and stops attacking after movement has ceased for 10 seconds. Using Resonance Liberation again ends Slumberland early.

During Slumberland, a teammate’s Intro Skill also draws in targets within range. Swapping to another Resonator leaves Lily on the field. She cannot take damage in Slumberland and leaves when the state expires, or earlier if the distance from the active Resonator becomes too great.

Cradle Lullaby

Duration: 25 seconds. Every Intro Skill cast by a team member during this effect grants one Dream Aroma stack. Cradle Lullaby is removed when Lily becomes the incoming Resonator.

Dream Aroma

Each stack gives all team members 7% ATK, up to four stacks. Dream Aroma is removed when Lily becomes the incoming Resonator or when Cradle Lullaby expires.

First Bloom

Attack the target with Spectro DMG. A Normal Attack used shortly afterward follows up with Basic Attack Stage 3.

Eternal Bloom

After Into the Dream Cradle is cast, Lily’s next First Bloom becomes Eternal Bloom and deals Spectro DMG to its target. Each percentage point of Energy Regen above 100% grants this attack 0.5% additional Crit. Rate and 1% additional Crit. DMG, capped at 80% and 160%. Use Normal Attack shortly after Eternal Bloom to continue with Basic Attack Stage 3.

All team members receive 25% All DMG Amplification for 30 seconds.

During Woven Fairytale or Woven Phantasm, Lily additionally regenerates 6 Concerto Energy every second for 3 seconds. This can activate once per 20 seconds. Fairytale’s Finale or Phantasm’s End additionally restores 10 Concerto Energy, with a separate 20-second activation interval.

The active Resonator receives 10% DMG Reduction while their HP is at least 50%. If a team member suffers a fatal hit, they avoid being downed and instead receive a shield lasting 10 seconds, with strength equal to 10% of Lily’s Max HP. This protection can trigger once every 5 minutes.

Casting Fairytale’s Finale or Phantasm’s End grants Floral Blessing to team members.

Floral Blessing

Duration: 60 seconds. If damage takes a team member below 50% of their Max HP, they recover HP equal to 50% of their own Max HP and Floral Blessing is consumed. This effect can activate once every 120 seconds.

When an enemy’s Off-Tune Level is full, Lily can perform Tune Break on that enemy.
