Norma Overview

Rarity: S-rank | Element: Fire | Specialty: Stun
As a key figure following the debut of the Sunbringer faction, her design language radiates a sense of holiness and order. After her standout performance in the Version 2.7 storyline, she is finally making her official debut in the gacha banners. Judging by her visual cues, she is highly likely to fill a brand-new niche as a Support or Survival Agent. But the excitement doesn't stop there—Velina is another heavyweight contender outside the silhouettes. This elegant, silver-haired Agent displays distinct "Thiren" traits, and her synergy with Norma might just make them the most dazzling duo of the 3.0 update.
Norma Kit
Basic Attack
Norma's kit revolves around Personal Resources. She passively gains Personal Resource when she's on-field, but she can also accumulate using Hat Trick.

If Norma is wearing a hat, you can hold Norma's basic attack to throw her Hat. Hitting an enemy with it triggers the previous character's quick assist, and replaces Norma in the field, accumulating Personal Resources. This hat can store up to 50% Personal Resource, and Norma can receive this by retrieving the hat.
Dodge
Dodge: Development Specifications — Press Evade to perform a quick dash dodge; the character is invulnerable during use
Dash Attack: Deadline Dash — Press Normal during a dodge to spin and fire at nearby enemies, dealing Fire DMG
Dodge Counter: Compliance Test — Press Normal after a Perfect Dodge to unleash continuous drilling strikes, dealing Fire DMG; character is invulnerable during the action
Assist
Quick Assist: Thunder Support — When the active character is launched, press Switch to summon continuous drilling strikes dealing Fire DMG; character is invulnerable during use
Defensive Assist: Tech Barrier — When an ally is about to be hit, press Switch to parry the attack and deal massive Daze; also reduces Assist Point consumption under heavy pressure; character is invulnerable during use
Assist Follow-Up: Tech Suppression — After a successful Defensive Assist, press Normal to unleash consecutive attacks dealing Fire DMG; character is invulnerable during the action
Special Attack
EX Special Attack: Mmhm Barrage — With enough Energy, pilot a turret to unleash continuous fire and switch missile types based on enemy status:
Non-Stunned enemies: Armor-Piercing rounds dealing Fire DMG and high Daze buildup

Stunned enemies: High-Explosive rounds dealing increased Fire DMG
Grants 20% [Personal Resources] and activates [Firepower Barrage] for 40s, deploying two auto-turrets
Holding extends firing by up to 2s, consuming Energy; each SP spent increases Personal Resources and extends Firepower Barrage duration
Character is invulnerable during use
EX Special Attack: Target Practice — Turrets automatically attack enemies in combat, dealing Fire DMG
EX Special Attack: Firepower Test — When an enemy is Stunned or Norma triggers a Chain Attack via Personal Resources, turrets enter enhanced mode for 9s:
- Faster attack intervals
Armor-Piercing rounds for non-Stunned enemies (higher Daze)
High-Explosive rounds for Stunned enemies (increased Fire DMG)
Ultimate

When Decibel Rating is at Maximum, press Ultimate to summon a large missile bombardment dealing massive Fire DMG; instantly grants 80% Personal Resources upon activation; character is invulnerable while using this skill!
Chain Attack
When triggered, select the character to activate: commands a massive barrage of drills to unleash consecutive attacks, dealing massive Fire DMG; character is invulnerable during use.
Norma Core Passives
For every 1% Crit rate that Norma has, she gains 0.9% Crit Damage and the daze inflicted by EX Special, Assist Follow-Up and Ultimate increases by 0.6%. This allows her to receive up to a whopping 81% Crit damage and 54% Daze.
Entering the field gives Norma 50% Personal Resources. If she has at least 80%, the next Quick Assist triggered will consume 80% of it, and will be replaced with a Chain Attack. The corresponding agent also recovers an additional 350 Decibels.
Additional Ability
When another character in your squad is an [Attack] or [Rupture] character:
Applying attacks from Norma and her creations inflicts 1 stack of [Weakened] on enemies, stacking up to 10 times; each stack increases the target’s Stun DMG Multiplier by 3%
Enemies with any [Weakened] stacks gain an additional +3s Stun duration when they become Stunned
During [Firepower Barrage], Norma’s ATK increases by 33 + 13 per character level, up to a maximum bonus of 800 ATK
While [Firepower Barrage] is active, all squad Agents deal +40% DMG
Norma Skill Level-up Priority

Norma Mindscapes
|
Norma Mindscape 01 |
EX Special Attack: Firepower Test turret missile bay deployment duration increased to 12 seconds; when Armor-Piercing or High-Explosive rounds from any EX Special Attack hit an enemy, reduces the enemy's All-Attribute RES by 15% for 15 seconds. |
|
Norma Mindscape 02 |
Additional Ability: Swarm Advantage: Each stack of [Weakened] increases the Stun DMG Multiplier by 6%. When launching Basic Attack: Hat Trick, Norma recovers 25 Energy. This effect can trigger once every 20s. |
|
Norma Mindscape 03 |
Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2 |
|
Norma Mindscape 04 |
When Norma consumes [Personal Resources] to trigger a [Chain Attack]: Increases the Decibels recovered by the corresponding Agent by 50 points; Norma also recovers the same amount of Decibels. |
|
Norma Mindscape 05 |
Basic Attack, Dodge, Assist, Special Attack, and Chain Attack Lv. +2 |
|
Norma Mindscape 06 |
After activating her [Ultimate], Norma continuously summons missiles to bombard random enemies on the field for 12s, with 0.75s intervals between each missile, dealing Fire DMG equal to 280% of Norma's ATK to enemies within range. This DMG is considered [Ultimate] DMG. Repeated triggers refresh the duration. |
Mindscape Pulling Priority
M2 ≥ M1 > M4 > M6 > M3 ≈ M5
- M2: [Weakened] each stack increases the Stun DMG Multiplier from 3% → 6%: at max 10 stacks, burst-phase damage amp increases from 30% to a full 60% — this is the core value of Norma as a Stun specialty.
- M1: A straightforward, team-wide damage amp with excellent cost-effectiveness, but its priority is slightly lower than M2's doubled burst damage output.
- M4: When consuming [Personal Resources] to trigger a Chain Attack, restores 50 Decibels to the entire team, accelerating the Ultimate rotation. However, its value is maximized when paired with M6 (which turns her Ultimate into a sustained DPS core).
- M6: Best suited for players who want to maximize Norma's personal damage or aim for a fully maxed build.
- M3 / M5: Purely numerical stat increases — lowest priority.

|
King of the Summit |
Shockstar Disco |
|
The 4-piece bonus of King of the Summit perfectly fits Norma's Stun role + team-wide CRIT DMG buff. Shockstar Disco directly increases Stun efficiency. In other words: Stun capability + 30% team-wide CRIT DMG buff — the top graduation choice. |
|
- Swing Jazz + Shockstar Disco
|
4-piece |
2-piece |
|
Swing Jazz |
Shockstar Disco |
|
The 4-piece bonus of Swing Jazz provides a simple and stable team-wide DMG buff. This setup leans more toward a support build — Energy Regen + team-wide DMG buff — suitable for teams with frequent rotation cycles. |
|
- Inferno Metal + King of the Summit
|
4-piece |
2-piece |
|
Inferno Metal |
King of the Summit |
|
The 4-piece bonus of Inferno Metal greatly boosts Norma's personal damage output. King of the Summit retains some Stun capability. Therefore, this setup is a sub-DPS build — requires a teammate who can reliably apply Burn (such as a Fire main DPS). |

Best W-Engine
- Head Lackey

Base ATK: 499 | CRIT Rate: 9.6 %
W-Engine Effects
Increases the equipper's Impact by 24%. DMG dealt ignores 16% of the target's Fire RES. Whenthe equipper deals DMG with an [EX SpecialAttack], increases DMG dealt by the whole squad by 12.8% for 8s. Max 3 stacks. Repeated triggers reset the duration. Can be triggered once per skill at most. Only one Instance of thls effect can exist in the same squad.
This is Norma's signature W-Engine, and without a doubt, it will be the most suitable weapon for her — the top choice! While providing Stun capability, it also gives Norma a team-wide DMG buff, making it a perfect fit for her sub-DPS role.
- Other Options
|
Roaring Fur-nace (S) |
Base ATK: 714 | ATK: 30% Tiger Spirit Rising (Rank 5) The Daze dealt by the equipper's EX Special Attack, Chain Attack, and Ultimate increases by 44.8%. When using a Chain Attack or Ultimate to deal Fire DMG, the DMG dealt by all squad members increases by 16%, stacking up to 2 times and lasting 30s. The duration of each stack is calculated separately. Triggers once per use of a skill. Only one instance of this effect can exist in the same squad. |
|
If you don't have Head Lackey but want Norma to balance "extremely high Daze" with "stable team-wide DMG buff," this is the top choice. |
|
|
Six Shooter (A) |
Base ATK: 595 | Impact: 15% Fire! (Rank 5) The equipper gains 1 Charge stack every 3s, stacking up to 6 times. When launching an EX Special Attack, consumes all Charge stacks and each stack consumed increases the skill's Daze inflicted by 6.4%. |
|
Each EX Special Attack consumes max stacks, granting a stable 24% Daze increase. No complex trigger conditions — stacks build automatically. In the absence of a signature weapon, Six Shooter is the top choice for a pure Stun/Daze-focused build. |
|
|
[Vortex] Arrow (B) |
Base ATK: 476 | ATK: 20% Undercurrent (Rank 5) EX Special Attacks inflict 16% more Daze. |
|
Overall stats are on the low side. Only suitable for early-game or when no other alternatives are available. |
