Activating [Ultimate: Entrance]/[Ultimate: Finale]/[Maximum Firepower]/[True: Full-Barrage Launch] triggers the [Luminize] effect:
Deals 50%/150%/20%/100% Attribute Anomaly DMG of all stored [Anomaly Rounds], and increases this DMG Multiplier based on 0.6% of own Anomaly Proficiency;
When the character enters [Flight Stance] or after activating [Maximum Firepower] or [True: Full-Barrage Launch], all stored [Anomaly Rounds] are cleared.

Just level this when you have spare resources. Remielle's core playstyle is swap in → cast skills → apply stacks → swap out, not staying on-field to auto-attack. So Basic Attack level can stay at the bottom — it won't affect her functionality at all.
