Rarity: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ | Element: Electro | Weapon: Polearm

🌸 Flins Kit | Flins Optimal Build Guide 🌸

Flins is a 5-star Electro Polearm character from the Lightkeepers, serving as a Main DPS. His kit centers around the Lunar-Charged reaction. After casting his Elemental Skill, Flins enters his Manifest Flame form, during which his Normal and Charged Attacks gain Electro infusion. In this state, his Elemental Burst is replaced by a special version called Thunderous Symphony. This unique Burst consumes less Elemental Energy and unleashes a single instance of AoE Electro DMG, classified as Lunar-Charged DMG.

Additionally, the new version introduces a feature that allows players to obtain 5-star character constellations as rewards. By completing eight specific objectives, players can exchange for a character constellation. According to the preview, up to four character constellations can be acquired per year, and each can only be claimed once.

• Complete "Knights of Favonius" in Archon Quest Prologue: Act l "The Outlander Who Caught the Wind"
• Complete the World Quest "Welcome to the Adventurers' Guild.

During the event, Travelers can earn Crown of Insight,Sanctifying Elixir, Dust of Enlightenment, and otherrewards by completing each "small target"- the weeklytraining goals.

Complete 8 weekly training goals to select and redeem5-star characters' Stella Fortuna. The selection includes18 event-exclusive characters and 7 standard characters!

 

Masterless Stella Fortuna

You can obtain Masterless Stella Fortuna throughthe following methods:

• 
  Participate in the Wish event or the Anniversary Standard 5-Star Character selection event, If your Character Constellations are maxed out, you'll receive Masterless Star glitter x25 and Masterless Stella Fortuna.
• If you redeem a Stella Fortuna of a character whose constellations have reached the maximum level during the"To Temper Thyself and journey Far" event, you willreceive Masterless Stella Fortuna,

Use "Masterless Stella Fortuna" to increase theascension limit of any Lv. 90 character

• Use 1 "Masterless Stella Fortuna" to increase the character'sascension limit to Lv. 95.
• Consume 2 of these to raise the level cap from Lv. 95 to Lv. 100.After increasing the limit, the character's stats will be upgradedand their abilities will also be enhanced!

At the same time, after updating to Version "LunaI," based on the number of 5-star characters you obtained in previous versions whose constellations have reached the maximum level, you will be issuedthe corresponding number of "Masterless Stella Fortuna"..So remember to check your inventoryonce you log in!

 

New Weapons

Genshin Impact Version 6.0 introduced two 5-star weapons and seven 4-star weapons, among which four weapons perform exceptionally well and are worth prioritizing for leveling up!

All 5-star Weapons

Bloodsoaked Ruins Type: Polearm For 3.5s after using an Elemental Burst, characters' Lunar-Charged DMG is increased by 36% / 48% / 60% / 72% / 84%. For 6s after triggering Lunar-Charged, characters' CRIT DMG is increased by 28% / 35% / 42% / 49% / 56% and they regain 12 / 13/ 14 / 15 / 16 Elemental Energy. Elemental Energy can be restored this way once every 14s.

Nightweaver's Looking Glass Type: Catalyst When the equipping character's Elemental Skill deals Hydro or Dendro DMG, they will gain Prayer of the Far North: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 for 4.5s. When nearby party members trigger Lunar-Bloom reactions, the equipping character gains New Moon Verse: Elemental Mastery is increased by 60 / 75 / 90 / 105 / 120 for 10s. When both Prayer of the Far North and New Moon Verse are in effect, all nearby party members' Bloom DMG is increased by 120% / 150% / 180% / 210% / 240%, their Hyperbloom and Burgeon DMG is increased by 80% / 100% / 120% / 140% / 160%, and their Lunar-Bloom DMG is increased by 40% / 50% / 60% / 70% / 80%. This effect cannot stack. The aforementioned effects can be triggered even if the equipping character is off-field.

New Archon Quset

The name "Kutar" appeared in the Nod-Krai World Quest.

"Kutar" is the Maiden of the Moon imagined by the Son of the Frost Moon and does not refer to Columbina herself. The Son of the Frost Moon does not know that the Maiden of the Moon was once the Third Fatui Harbinger.

This is similar to how Barbara does not know that Barbatos is the bard Venti.

Nasha Town

A small town located in Nod-Krai that houses a lot of mechanical workshops and mechanics. It is also home to a few playable characters, such as Ineffa and Aino.

A Fatui controlled place, where a huge mechanical dome is built above the sea. It is said that the dome is the headquarters of the Fatui in Nod-Krai.

Elegy of Dust and Lamplight Archon Quest

The Song of the Welkin Moon Act 2 - Elegy of Dust and Lamplight is an upcoming Archon Quest that will be released in Version 6.0! This is where the story in Nod-Krai really starts, where the problem represents itself.

When you finish the Archon's Quest, you can meet Columbina at the time! And she will update in the next banner as soon as possible!
