HSR 4.4 Banner

Himeko • Nova

Himeko • Nova is a limited 5-star Fire character who follows the Path of Erudition in Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.4. She remains the navigator of the Astral Express and describes herself as a member of the Trailblazer’s family—someone who will continue looking toward the same scenery regardless of how complicated the past becomes or how distant the future may be.

This form places greater emphasis on Himeko’s role as an active leader. Rather than guiding the journey only from aboard the Express, she personally enters battle while controlling a powerful mecha. While Himeko • Nova is on the field, other allies can call upon the machine to launch support attacks. After she uses her Ultimate, she assumes direct control and unleashes concentrated attacks against the enemy.

Rin Tohsaka

Rin Tohsaka is a major character from Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]. In Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.4, she appears as a limited 5-star Quantum character following the Path of Erudition. Rin is the successor to the prestigious Tohsaka family of mages in Fuyuki City and a classmate of Shirou Emiya. At school, she is known as a popular and accomplished honor student, while outside ordinary student life, she carries the responsibilities of her family’s magical inheritance.

When the Fifth Holy Grail War begins, Rin summons Archer and enters the conflict as his Master. Although she initially follows her own carefully prepared strategy, she saves Shirou after discovering that he has been drawn into the war and left close to death. She later forms an alliance with Shirou, who has summoned Saber, and works with him to confront the conspiracy surrounding the Holy Grail War.

Gilgamesh

Gilgamesh is a Heroic Spirit from Fate/stay night [Unlimited Blade Works]. In Honkai: Star Rail Version 4.4, he appears as a limited 5-star Lightning character following the Path of Destruction. Under the normal structure of the Fifth Holy Grail War, seven Masters should form contracts with seven Servants. Gilgamesh, however, appears as an unexpected eighth Servant—an existence that should not ordinarily be present within the established system.

He maintains a particular connection with Kirei Kotomine, the overseer of the Fifth Holy Grail War, and later forms a contract with Shinji Matou after Shinji loses Rider. Other established material identifies Gilgamesh as a Heroic Spirit who participated in the Holy Grail War held ten years earlier and remained in the world afterward. His continued presence therefore places him outside the normal rules governing the current conflict.

Blade (SP)

So, it looks like Blade and Silver Wolf have officially touched down in Planarcadia! It seems our Stellaron Hunters, who’ve been a bit low-key in the Amphoreus storyline, are finally ready to pop off.

But can we just talk about whoever designed Blade's new fit? Absolute genius. The way his physique peaks through those bandages is... well, let’s just say Hoyo knows exactly what they’re doing. It’s straight-up fan service and I’m not complaining!

On a more serious note, it’s wild to see someone as stoic as Blade switching over to the Path of Elation. What on earth did he go through to make that jump? Maybe Blade SP’s story is all about finally facing his past and finding a twisted kind of peace—interpreting Elation through a lens of extreme sorrow, like finding a reason to smile even when everything is hurting. It’s deep, it’s emotional, and I am totally here for it.

 

HSR 4.5 Banner

 The banner has strong appeal in terms of visual design and character popularity, especially for players who enjoy summer-themed content, character variants, and collection-focused updates. However, since the full kits, rerun lineup, and exact banner order still need further official confirmation, it is too early to judge their pull value. For now, the 4.5 banner seems to rely heavily on character popularity and seasonal design, but if their kits turn out to be strong, this version could become a highly anticipated banner.

Pearl 

Sugilite?

Late October is looking mysterious with the arrival of Sugilite, one of the most anticipated members of the Ten Stonehearts (P45). That vibrant purple color is basically Sugilite’s signature, and the cornerstone in his hand perfectly matches the features of a real sugilite gemstone. The sphinx in the background suggests that his design might be heavily inspired by Egyptian elements, while the feast on the table and the mountains of treasure behind him serve as a clear metaphor for human desire. It feels like Sugilite might be a master of manipulation who knows exactly how to pull people's strings.

Nihilux

Meet Nihilux, the only character who was missing from those early official silhouettes. She’s seen holding a pen, which has fans speculating she might be an artist capable of literally drawing Aha into existence. With her silver-white hair, a stylish beret, and those half-rim glasses framing her purple eyes, her "intellectual beauty" vibe is honestly off the charts.

Her title is Origin of Aha, and the official intro even calls her the "strictest mother of the Aeons." If that’s not a major hint at her being absolutely cracked in the meta, I don't know what is. It’s pretty clear Nihilux is going to be one of the heavy hitters and a must-pull for the 4.x era.

 

We’re ending the year with a bang on December 9th because Void Archives is finally returning. Lore enthusiasts, feel free to start screaming now! To wrap up the 4.x cycle, rumors are flying that SP Sampo will finally reveal his true identity as "The Joker," a high-ranking Emanator of Elation. It’s exactly the kind of year-end climax we’ve all been waiting for.

That said, we don't have 100% confirmation that SP Sampo will definitely show up in the 4.x versions, so keep those expectations in check for now. The banner slot might actually go to another character from the "God War" since HoYoverse has teased so many faces in their PVs that haven't debuted yet. Anyway, if any of this turns out wrong, we’re just going to blame Aha for hacking into LDShop and messing with our data!
