For meta-focused players, though, the situation is more complicated.

Xuanling’s expected best team points heavily toward Chisa and Suisui. That means her real cost is not just “one limited DPS.” If you are starting from zero, the full setup may look like Xuanling, her signature weapon, Chisa, and Suisui. That is a lot of pulls for one team.

This is why her priority is lower than the hype makes it look. A DPS is only as good as the team around them, and Xuanling seems to care a lot about the right Negative Status setup.

The Chisa Problem

Suisui is especially interesting because she is not just attached to Xuanling. Her Glacio / Rectifier profile and expected support direction suggest she may also matter for Glacio Chafe and other Negative Status teams. Even if you skip Xuanling, Suisui may still have strong account value.

That is why I would treat Suisui as the high-priority 3.5 pull for established accounts. Not because we can already calculate every breakpoint perfectly, but because her role is simply more flexible.

For now, the safest recommendation is S0 first. Do not pre-lock yourself into S1, S2, or her signature weapon before live testing. If her early sequences are cracked, people will know very quickly after release.

 

Lynae: Great If You Have a Plan

Lynae is not a random rerun you pull just because she is “good.” She is a planning piece.

If your account already wants Lynae for an existing team, or if you are preparing for a future Concerto/Tune-style carry, then grabbing one copy can make sense. She has already proven herself as a strong support/sub-DPS option in the right setups.

If you already own Luuk, keep playing him. If you do not, this is not the patch to force him.

He is more of a “nice if already built” character than a “go pull now” character.

 

Aemeath: Still Strong, but Do Not Overspend

Aemeath is still one of the strongest DPS options in the game, and her rerun is easily one of the most tempting parts of 3.5.

For new players who need a proven carry, Aemeath at S0R1 is still a very strong pickup. She has strong damage, established teams, and a track record. Unlike Xuanling, she is not purely theoretical anymore.

For existing Aemeath owners, upgrade carefully.

If you are at S0, you do not need to panic. She is already strong.

If you are at S2, S3 is a very attractive breakpoint.

If you are at S1, the jump can feel awkward depending on your resources.

Going all the way to S6 is whale territory. It may be powerful, but those pulls could also build an entirely new team. For most players, that is not worth it.

The biggest mistake with Aemeath is treating her like a solo carry who does not care about teammates. She absolutely does care. Team completeness matters more than chasing a random dupe.

 

New Player Pulling Plan

If you are starting in 3.5, keep things simple.

First, choose a main DPS. Xuanling is a valid option if you like her and want a current carry. Aemeath is also a strong choice if you want a more proven DPS.
