In the second half of Version 3.5's Mengzhou Xuanfang City banner, Suisui is about to arrive. Suisui is Yangyang's older sister. She is lively, bright, versatile, and socially adept. I've heard she loves spending money—could it be that she's spending it at LDShop WuWa Top-up?
Next, we'll provide a detailed guide on Suisui Build, weapons, Echoes, and more, making it easier for all players to quickly get started with this reassuring and lovable lively girl.
Suisui Overview
Speaking of the Glacio teams, they're all tall big sisters with high slits—totally hitting all the right notes for my preferences! My wallet simply can't handle it! I also know that there are Glacio limited female characters who are all wealthy, but one is tall and one is short.
Suisui's Resonance Beacon is the Chongming Bird. She embodies both the dignified, graceful, and elegant composure of nobility, as well as a lively and spirited playfulness. She offers gentle protection to her beloved younger sister, and holds the ideal of favorable winds, timely rains, and a peaceful, prosperous world.

Rarity: 5-Star | Attribute: Glacio | Weapon: Rectifier
Suisui engages in combat using two styles of dance—Water Fan Dance and Long Silk Dance. When casting her Resonance Liberation, she provides the team with buffs related to anomaly effects. Her Outro Skill grants all characters in the team All-Damage Amplification, and she herself can apply the Frostbite (Glacio Chafe) effect.
In terms of performance, Suisui serves as a healer/support with fast Concerto rotation and large skill area of effect. Her interruption resistance is moderate. Although she is a Rectifier user, her pursuit range is relatively small, which may pose some challenges when facing aerial enemies.
Skill Upgrade Priority
Priority: Unlock Inherent Skills first.
After that, the priority order is:
Inherent Skills > Resonance Liberation > Forte Circuit > Resonance Skill > Intro/Outro > Basic Attack

Dew Imbiber is the same signature weapon as Shorekeeper's. When Suisui uses it, she provides ATK buffs to teammates. Suisui's role is similar to Shorekeeper's—HP-scaling healing that requires very high Energy Recharge.
Suisui's ER requirement is 260%. The signature weapon provides 77% ER, accelerates Concerto rotation, and offers team buffs. If resources allow, it's highly recommended to pull for it.

Yangyang and Suisui share the same new Echo set, the "Falling Feathers" set—after all, both sisters are symbolized by birds.
The first Echo (COST 3) for Suisui's new set provides Healing Bonus. If you already have multiple well-rolled Rejuvenating Glow sets, you don't necessarily need to farm the new Echo set. The performance is comparable!
Resonance Chain
- Chain 1 - Mountains Washed Into Paintings
Provides interruption resistance. For Spectro, Fusion, and Aero effect teams, it increases attack power. For Glacio and Havoc effect teams, it improves buff coverage.
- Chain 2 - Clouds Pour Like Molten Gold
Provides the entire effect team with 50% Crit. DMG bonus, excluding Chisa.
- Chain 3 - Sparse Curtains Invite Evening Glow
Accelerates Concerto speed, making Suisui's rotations smoother and allowing her to build Concerto energy more quickly.
- Chain 4 - Autumn Mountains I Chant Together
Provides healing bonus, further enhancing Suisui's sustain capabilities as a healer support.
- Chain 5 - I Long To Ride The Eastern Wind
Increases her personal damage output, which holds some value for players who want to maximize Suisui's own damage contribution.
- Chain 6 - Staying True To This Spledid Realm
Provides massive Crit. DMG bonus to her own skills. For a healer support's sixth node, this self-scaling effect is quite generous and worth considering for true fans.
Suisui's Resonance Chain design follows a standard healer support template, particularly similar to Mornye. S1 and S2 are the more critical nodes. S1 unlocks the ability to trigger the 50% ATK buff by applying effects or dealing effect damage, while S2 50% Crit. DMG bonus is also incredibly valuable.
Pulling recommendations: S0R0 or S0R1 — even without an effect team, she's still worth pulling and keeping on the bench, since she's a two-cost healer support. Then S1R0 or S1R1 — this is the node that burst/effect teams love most. Then S2R1 — this maximizes her support capabilities. Then S6R1 — the self-scaling from a healer support's sixth node is quite generous, so true fans can consider going for it.
Suisui Team
As a healer for effect teams, Suisui's primary team compositions are the current five major effect team.
If your team already uses traditional healers like Shorekeeper or Verina, Suisui can directly take over their position and perform exceptionally well in that role.
If your team uses characters like Chisa or Spectro Rover, Suisui's addition will streamline the entire team's rotation and simplify the overall gameplay flow.
Havoc Team |
||
|
|
|
Suisui |
Recommendation: ★★★★★
The Havoc team is a new composition coming in Version 3.5. Yangyang has the ability to consume effects, which synergizes well with triggering Suisui's Outro Skill ATK buff. Suisui provides Yangyang with unique support that ignores DEF and ignores resistance. This sisterly duo team is set to shine in the new version.
Glacio Team |
||
|
|
|
Suisui |
Recommendation: ★★★★★
Suisui is the final piece of Hiyuki Glacio team puzzle. Hiyuki also has the ability to consume effects, allowing her to benefit from Suisui's S0 ATK buff. Suisui herself can apply Glacio effects to trigger Hiyuki's skills. Compared to the previous best third-slot option Chisa, Suisui offers stronger buffing capabilities and smoother rotations, making the Glacio effect team even more dominant.
Burst Team |
||
|
|
|
Suisui |
Recommendation: ★★★★
Burst teams have a high demand for stack limits. Suisui joins the burst team as a replacement for Chisa, also providing 3 additional effect stack limits. The overall team rotation becomes simpler to execute. However, among all effect teams, the burst team has the highest demand for Suisui's S1.
Aero Erosion Team |
||
|
|
|
Suisui |
Recommendation: ★★★☆
Like Chisa and Aero Rover, Suisui provides 3 additional effect stack limits, which is crucial for Cartethyia below S3. As a main DPS that scales with HP, Cartethyia is quite particular about her healer slot. Chisa remains the optimal choice for the Aero Erosion team, but she requires some practice to master. Suisui offers a simpler and more straightforward playstyle, so players can choose based on their own skill level.
Spectro Team |
||
|
|
|
Suisui |
Recommendation: ★★★
Spectro team has no demand for stack limits—they need more stacks of Spectro itself, not a higher stack cap. If Suisui were a Spectro effect healer, Zani and Phoebe would gladly accept her, but she is not. Suisui's performance in this team is not significantly different from Shorekeeper or Verina. If you're a highly skilled player, I would still recommend using Spectro Rover instead.
Conclusion
Suisui's role is actually very clear—she is not a character designed to change the meta, but rather one that makes the entire system more complete. For Glacio effect teams, Havoc effect teams, and players of other effect teams, Suisui delivers a remarkably stable and comfortable gameplay experience. And as a limited five-star healer support, her performance in healing, damage amplification, and rotation optimization is more than enough to remain competitive for a long time to come. Wishing everyone the best of luck with your pulls!
