Phrolova is a 5-star Havoc Rectifier Resonator, with her Tacet Mark positioned on her upper left arm. Equipped with a Lycoris-style staff, she has the ability to control both Echoes and Tacet Discord, as well as summon Hecate from the "Beyond." The strength of her petals alone is sufficient to accomplish this, and they can even be shared with others for use. Her frequency readings suggest that she possesses extraordinary power.

Phrolova's True Strength
For veteran players who already have Phrolova, we highly recommend those who don't yet have her to pull for her. Players who have experienced Phrolova's power know that, first and foremost, in the open world, she is undeniably a T0 character. With just S0R1, she's more than capable of dominating the open world. Currently, no other characters with the same resonance chain can reach this level. A S0R1 Phrolova is just as powerful as my S6 Roccia.
(To explain briefly for new players, "S0R1" means having a character and a signature weapon, so once you pull Phrolova and her weapon, you'll be unstoppable in the open world. She'll have no competition.)
This clearly demonstrates Phrolova's absolute strength. Whether you're a new player just starting out or a veteran lacking in AoE characters, pulling for her is definitely worth it. After all, in an open-world game, the most important thing is enjoying the world experience, and with Phrolova, you won't have to worry about the game feeling frustrating.
If you still doubt her strength, let's talk about the Whimpering Wastes. This is the dungeon where you can get the most Astrite. Roccia was once the queen of this area, but now a S0R1 Phrolova has surpassed even a S6 Roccia. In a scenario without Havoc resistance (advantageous element), S0R1 Phrolova can easily score close to 7000 points. What does that mean? To reach that level, even a S6 Cartethyia needs great skill, and teams like Augusta + Iuno + Shorekeeper and Galbrena + Quiyuan with advantageous elements can only score around 5k-6k.
The low scores shown in the image are because last phase had Havoc resistance, and the author felt that as long as the rewards were fully collected, there was no need to push for higher points. :)
So, in the Whimpering Wastes, no matter how the game's numbers scale, as long as other characters at S6 can't beat her, a S0R1 Phrolova can still handle it. To put it simply, her value retention (absolute worth) is number one. With such a T0 character in the current version, what reason is there not to pull for her?!
