Genshin Best Team Comps: Which will be the Best in 6.3 Version?

Arlecchino Team

Arlecchino is one of the best main DPS in Genshin, with her powerful output, her team domates in many endgame modes.

Her best team in 6.3 is shaping up to be Arlecchino + Durin + Iansan + Columbina, dealing roughly 115,000 DPS. This number fluctuates depending on how many Vaporise reactions you trigger, so it's normal to see estimates varying by around ±5,000 DPS.

Her second-best option is an Overload team with Durin, sitting around 105,000–110,000 DPS, with Durin again preferring Noblesse Oblige.

Meanwhile, her classic hypercarry setups, Melt with Citlali or Vape with Yelan, are no longer impressive compared to newer DPS standards and the current HP inflation.

 

Nilou Teams

Nilou teams get a big boost from Columbina in 6.3. The highest-output version is Nilou + Columbina + Nahida + Lauma, landing around 120,000–125,000 DPS, but it has no real sustain, which can feel rough outside of clean speedrun-style clears.

For most players, swapping Nahida to Baizhu is the safer call. That version drops closer to 115,000 DPS, but it’s much more comfortable and still competitive.

 

Varesa Team

Varesa's Overload teams remain extremely strong. Durin can be replace by Durin and Xiangling. Her best Durin-centered setup stays near the 120,000 DPS range, and with perfect combos it can go slightly higher.

What makes Varesa teams so appealing is how low-budget they are. In the current meta, a lot of top DPS comps basically assume four 5-stars to hit their ceiling. Varesa can still put out massive damage with just two 5-stars—and in some versions, even one.

The lineup also makes excellent use of Chevreuse’s buffs, and Iansan can buff both Varesa and Durin at the same time. If you have C2 Durin, the team’s output jumps even higher.

 

Skirk Team

Skirk has strong raw numbers, but her team options haven’t changed much, and she doesn’t really gain anything from Columbina. Because of that, she’s more vulnerable to the current HP inflation trend than some newer carries.

Escoffier and Furina especially important for Skirk. Without Escoffier, Skirk's performance is described as already poor, and travelers without him may see Skirk fall even further as HP inflation continues.

The fourth slot is flexible, you can use Mona to increase the Burst damage. And if you want to smooth your rotation, Yelan and Shenhe would be better.

 

Flins Team

Flins, as the Nod-Krai character in Luna banners, reveives great benefit from Columbina's release.

His best team Ineffa + Columbina + Sucrose, performing near 130,000 DPS or higher.

Flins is easy to pilot. No weird cancels, no tight inputs. Even without Ineffa, Flins + Columbina can still reach around 105,000 DPS, while the Flins Ineffa duo sits closer to 110,000 DPS. His F2P Fischl / Sucrose setup remains similar to earlier versions.

 

Nefer Team

Nefer benefits massively from Columbina. Under optimal conditions, her best teams can exceed 140,000 DPS, driven by improved uptime on key buffs, stronger Hydro application, and Columbina's own personal damage.

However, the catch is severe: Nefer is stated to absolutely require Lauma to reach this performance tier. Nefer + Columbina without Lauma drops to around 100,000 DPS, which is a huge falloff compared to her real ceiling.

 

Zibai Team

Zibai's premium team is one of the most impressive in the game: Zibai + Columbina + Illuga + a flexible fourth slot (such as Zhongli).

The core trio is Zibai + Columbina + Illuga, with many viable fourth-slot options including Gorou, Chiori, Albedo, Xilonen, and more. Illuga being a free character makes this composition relatively affordable.

This team reaches roughly 145,000–150,000 DPS, and the key reason is that it fully utilizes Lunar Crystallize, a massive upgrade compared to the older Crystallize reaction.

 

Mavuika Melt Team

At the top of the ranking is Mavuika Melt.

At the top end, Mavuika Melt is still the damage ceiling comp. With consistent double-cancel execution, it can hit 150,000–160,000 DPS.

Even though Mavuika is not getting benefit from Columbina, Mavuika remains extremely strong and retains other viable playstyles.

She can function in Vaporise teams with Furina, in double Cryo setups alongside Escoffier to maximize Melt uptime, and in mono Pyro compositions, especially after Durin's release, which is described as the strongest mono Pyro team currently available.
