Listen up, Rovers! Version 3.0 is here, and so is the new Whimpering Wastes. And let’s be real—the only one whimpering right now is probably your bank account after seeing the new character banners. If you’ve been comfortably breezing through content with your 1.0 teams, I have some spicy news: the Devs have decided it's time for you to suffer (again). Between enemies having more RES than a brick wall and these new "Golden Tokens".

Current Golden Tokens & Buff Changes

Haven That Gleams Elegantly

Golden Token	Token Effects
	Grants 30% Fusion DMG Bonus. When the active Resonator casts Echo Skill or deals Echo Skill DMG, they additionally recover Ember, triggered up to 1 time per second. When the active Resonator deals damage while in the Burning Waves state, they unleash an AoE attack, dealing Fusion DMG equal to 1600% of their ATK in total (considered Echo Skill DMG), triggered up to 1 time every 6s.

• Usage: Up to 2 times in Whimpering Wastes.

Gaze that Drowns in Dream

Golden Token	Token Effects
	Grants 20% Electro DMG Bonus and 20% Aero DMG Bonus. When the active Resonator gains a Shield, they additionally recover Ember, triggered up to 1 time per second. When the active Resonator deals damage while in the Burning Waves state, they unleash an AoE attack, dealing Electro DMG equal to 2400% of their ATK in total, triggered once every 6 seconds.

• Usage: Up to 2 times in Whimpering Wastes.

A Question with Many Answers

	Ignore 20% of the target's DEF when dealing DMG to enemies inflicted with Negative Statuses. Resonators who inflict Negative Statuses on enemies recover additional Ember, triggered once every second. While in the Burning Waves state, Resonators deal 50% more DMG, and the Negative Status on the target is raised to max stacks upon hit.

• Usage: Up to 2 times in Whimpering Wastes.

Buff Adjustments

All floors (including Infinite Torrents) now share the same core mechanics:

• Dealing damage or defeating enemies restores Ember.
• At max Ember, enter the Burning Waves state and deal 60% extra DMG for 30s.

All Tokens have unlimited uses and DMG dealt is increased by 30% while inside the infinite Torrents.

 

Stage Resistances & Team Recommendations

★Floor 9-11 Resistances:

Floor 9: Fusion RES — Avoid Fusion teams. Others are fine.

Floor 10: Spectro RES — Not ideal for Spectro teams. Use Phrolova, Cantarella, or Qiuyuan.

Floor 11: Aero RES — Any team is fine, as long as it isn't Aero.

Advice: To master Chasm Floors 9 through 11, you should first ensure your team compositions do not conflict with the stage’s elemental resistances by avoiding Fusion on Floor 9, Spectro on Floor 10, and Aero on Floor 11. Since Floor 9 is significantly more forgiving, you should strategically save your Golden Tokens for the higher difficulty spikes found in Floors 10 and 11. Finally, prioritize units with strong Area of Effect capabilities to build Ember more quickly and trigger Burning Waves more often, which is essential for maintaining speed as the combat challenges intensify.

• First Half:

When entering a Challenge, Concerto Energy is restored by 100%

One Glacio monster, with a higher RES to Glacio DMG
