Aalto |
Lynae's weapon, the Spectrum Blaster, is absolutely gorgeous. It's adorned with adorably tiny wings and cat-themed embellishments, and a variety of cute emoticons pop up on its display screen. What's more, the weapon's stats are a perfect match for Lynae herself — I'm already set on getting my hands on this weapon.
Furthermore, characters who primarily rely on Basic Attacks to deal damage are also recommended to use this weapon. I personally believe it could be considered for the 5 star Resonator Ciaccona and the 4 star Resonator Aalto, as they can both make good use of this very lovely weapon.
Mornye's weapon: Starfield Calibrator

ATK 413 | Energy Regen 77%
Increase DEF by 12%. Restore 8 Concerto Energy when casting Resonance Skill. This effect can be triggered 1 time(s) every 20s. Increase nearby party members' Crit.DMG by 20% for 4s upon healing allies. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.

Taoqi |
Mornye's signature weapon, the Starfield Calibrator, boasts the rarest defensive stats and an exceptionally high Energy Regen in the entire game. Its sleek, futuristic design fits perfectly with her identity as a scholar. Aside from its owner, Mornye, few others can utilize this beautiful Broadblade effectively. The 4 star Resonator Taoqi is also a Defense Broadblade character, so for players who didn't pull Mornye but own this weapon, Taoqi is an exceptionally good alternative choice.
New Standard Weapon Convene: Synth Armament

New Broadblade: Radiance Cleaver

ATK 587 | Crit.DMG 48.6%
Increases ATK by 12%. Dealing DMG to enemies with Mistuned state, the wielder gains 24% Resonance Liberation DMG Bonus for 3s. Retriggering the effect resets its duration.

The new Broadblade weapon requires the new character to trigger the new mechanism [Tune Strain: Interfered]. Currently, no existing Broadblade character can trigger this effect. When paired with the new character, it can activate a Resonance Liberation damage bonus. In order of priority, from the newest to the oldest users, I recommend Chisa, Lupa, and the Standard Resonator Calcharo.
New Sword: Laser Shearer

ATK 587 | Energy Regen 38.8%
Increases ATK by 12%. Dealing DMG to enemies with Mistuned state, the wielder gains 24% Resonance Skill DMG Bonus for 3s. Retriggering the effect resets its duration.

According to the information currently available, the substat for the second-phase Standard Sword weapon is Energy Regen. It also requires the new mechanism [Tune Strain: Interfered] to be triggered, making it less effective than the first-phase Standard weapon. If you happen to pull this weapon, I personally recommend using it on Changli. Of course, since this weapon can provide Energy Regen, I would consider giving it to Brant. However, this would require a higher Echo level from the player.
New Pistols: Phasic Homogenizer

ATK 587 | Crit.DMG 48.6%
Increases ATK by 12%. When Resonators in the team perform a Tune Break Skill, grants 20% Attribute DMG Bonus. This effect lasts for 14s.

All !!!
This Pistol is the most powerful weapon in the second phase. After the Wuthering Waves 3.0 update, every character can trigger the Tune Break Skill. Furthermore, this weapon has a CRIT Rate substat and a skill that grants an All-Attribute Damage Bonus. I can find absolutely no reason not to use it; any Resonator who uses Pistols can fully master this weapon.

New Gauntlets: Pulsation Bracer

ATK 587 | Crit.Rate 24.3%
Increases ATK by 12%. Dealing DMG to enemies with Mistuned state, increases Basic Attack DMG Bonus by 6%, stacking up to 4 time(s).This effect lasts for 3s and can be triggered 1 time(s) every 0.5s. Retriggering the effect resets its duration.

The appearance of this Gauntlet is truly interesting; it looks like a game console or a walkie-talkie. The CRIT Rate substat makes it seem decent, but the skill's Basic Attack Damage Bonus is simply too weak. Currently, there are no great Gauntlet Resonators who can fully utilize it. It seems Kuro will design the best user for it in the new version. For now, I recommend Iuno or Lingyang, but these are not ideal choices.
New Rectifier: Boson Astrolabe

ATK 525 | Energy Regen 38.8%
Increases ATK by 12%. When Resonators in the team perform a Tune Break Skill, increases ATK and Basic Attack DMG by 12%.This effect lasts for 14s.

The trigger condition for this weapon is the Tune Break Skill, which is the same as the previous Pistols. However, its substat is forte energy, and the skill provides a Basic Attack Damage Bonus along with an ATK increase. This makes its applicable characters overlap with the first-phase Resonators. I recommend Cantarella, Zhezhi, and Encore, as they are all characters with relatively high Basic Attack damage.
All five of these weapons feature an awesome sci-fi aesthetic. My favorite in terms of design is the New Gauntlets — they look just like a game console. The most powerful one, however, is the Pistols. Good grief, every single character can actually wield it! I even want to get my hands on five of these Pistols.
