Lucy is a 5-star Spectro Pistols Resonator and a main DPS. Her combat loop seems to revolve around Heavy Attack scaling and a special Hack Shifting mechanic tied to the Cyberpunk: Edgerunners collaboration.

Rebecca is a 5-star Electro Pistols Resonator. Unlike Lucy, Rebecca appears to lean more toward a support or sub-DPS role. Her kit reportedly provides teamwide Basic Attack and Heavy Attack buffs, while also dealing off-field or supportive Electro damage through her own stack-based mechanic.
The best part is that Rebecca is expected to be obtainable for free through the main collaboration event. That means we don't need to spend pulls to unlock her, which makes the Version 3.4 collaboration much more F2P friendly.

Lucilla perfectly fulfills all players' expectations for the highly popular "purple-haired adult female" archetype. As the Headmistress of Startorch Academy, her debut alone adds a more prestigious and mysterious aura to the academy.
In terms of combat, she is set to be a Glacio Sub-DPS. This is undoubtedly great news for Glacio team enthusiasts!
According to Seele's leak, Lucilla's mechanic is all about Concerto Efficiency, Basic Attack DMG / Echo DMG, DMG Amplification, Echo Skill DMG Amplification, utilize Glacio Chafe Effect. And Lucilla's third basic attack segment and resonance skill can be long-pressed to trigger a charging mechanism similar to Sanhua's.

Freeze Frame
ATK: 588 | CRIT Rate: 24.3%
Increases ATK by 12%. Inflicting Glacio Chafe on the target grants the wielder 30% Glacio DMG Bonus for 12s and increases the ATK of all Resonators in the team by 24% ATK for 30s. Effects of the same name cannot be stacked.
