HSR Cyrene Best Build: Relics, Light Cones and Teams

Hello, Trailblazers! Cyrene's here, the last Chrysos Heir in Amphoreus brings an end for our adventure on Amphoreus. As a brand-new Ice character from the Path of Remembrance, Cyrene brings a truly unique playstyle.

In this blog, we'll focus on how to build Cyrene, covering her relics, light cones, and team recommendations. This will be a romatic guide like none that has come before, let's get started!

 

 

Cyrene Overview

Cyrene is a support character who fights alongside her summoned memosprite "Demiurge".

A meteor streaks across the night sky, stirring rippling waves in the river of life, shimmering with thirteen hues.

Daughter of Aedes Elysiae, nurturer of the Chrysos Heir of "Demiurge," plants the Seed of Memory, letting yesterday's flowers bloom in tomorrow

Cyrene Mechanic

Cyrene's goal in combat is to maximize her Recollection points, which is what we use for her Ult instead of Energy. We want to use her Ult ASAP in the fight to get access to some of the excellent buffs she provides. So how do we get enough Recollection points? 

Well, we'll begin with some Recollection points at the start of the battle, depending on the number of Chrysos Heirs or Remembrance Path aside from Cyrene. The amount you get at 1 / 2 / 3 for Heirs or 2 / 3 / 6 for Remembrance characters. So it is best to put Cyrene in the Remembrance team.

Also, Cyrene's Basic ATK, Enhanced BA and Skill will grants 1 / 3 / 3 points respectively. When combat begins or after Cyrene takes action, all allies and their memosprites gain Future. When they take action, they’ll consume Future to grant her Recollection. 

And Cyrene's Ult is unique in HSR, the first time she casts her Ult, it requires 24 points and you can cast her Ult for 2 times. It summons a memosprite and grants extra turns for allies, activating all their ultimates immediately. And second, third, the following Ult requires and costs 12 Recollection points, provides a smaller buff but still offers additional utility.

Cyrene provides different buffs to various Chrysos Heirs. These buffs are either permanent or situational, and they can significantly impact gameplay.

 

Trace Priority

For leveling her up, you will need to get her Memosprite Skill maxed instantly or you are trolling. And then level her skill for the True DMG buff. After that, you can upgrade her Talent and Ultimate, followed by her Basic Attack and Memosprite Talent for a bit more damage from her.

In short, Memosprite Skill > Skill > Talent / Ult > Basic ATK / Memosprite Talent.

Best Relics Build

The key for Cyrene's relic build is to get the proper stats before the proper set. If you have really good speed stats on her best damage set Deliverer's Hood, then use those. Otherwise, just focus on getting as much SPD as you can.

Best in Slot Relics

Here are Cyrene's BiS Relic set and Planar set:

Deliverer's Hood	2-Pc: Increases CRIT Rate by 8%. 4-Pc: After the wearer uses Basic ATK or Skill, if the wearer's memosprite is on the field, increases Max HP of the wearer and their memosprite by 24%, and increases all allies' dealt DMG by 15%, lasting until after the wearer's next use of Basic ATK or Skill.
Amphoreus, The Eternal Land	2-Pc: Increases the wearer's CRIT Rate by 8%. While the wearer's memosprite is on the field, increases all allies' SPD by 8%. This effect cannot be stacked.

The Deliverer's Hood makes it easier to reach 100 and a HP increase to both herself and memosprite while increasing all allies dmage dealt. It fits perfectly as Cyrene is HP-scaling and with a high speed making her BA and Skill attack frequently as well creating a decent uptime for Cyrene.

And for her Planar set, the Amphoreus, The Eternal Land featuring a CRIT increase and a SPD increase to all allies when memosprite on field. As you can tell, these are exactly stat Cyrene wants to making it easier to reach 100% CRIT Rate and 180 SPD.

Alternative Relics

Other than that, another great option for most players, especially lower invested ones, is 2pc + 2pc SPD relics. Getting 180 SPD is not an easy thing, enven with a SPD Light Cone, you may still struggle to reach 180. So, paired her with 2pc + 2pc will provide the extra SPD you need, especially the third major trace is more important than any effect a relic set can give you.

Messenger's Holovisor	2-Pc: Increases SPD by 6%.
Sacerdos' Relived Ordeal	2-Pc: Increases SPD by 6%.

 

Alternative Ornaments 

For her Ornament alternatives, Bone Collection's set (increase Cyrene's damage as a sub-DPS) and Giant Tree (to increase speed) are okay option for more offensive Cyrene, but Amphoreus, The Eternal Land is just more recommended in most cases.

Bone Collection's Serene Demesne	2-Pc: Increases the wearer's Max HP by 12%. When the wearer's Max HP is 5000 or higher, increases the wearer's and their memosprite's CRIT DMG by 28%.
Giant Tree of Rapt Brooding	2-Pc: Increases the wearer's SPD by 6%. When the wearer's SPD is 135 or higher / 180 or higher, increases the healing output of the wearer and their Memosprite by 12% / 20%.

For main stats, since Cyrene already have 50% CRIT Rate from her Ult, go for CRIT DMG Body. And HP% is better for more charge generation for Castorice's Ult, since Cyrene have HP boost from her Memosprite talent, both HP% and CRIT DMG should be fine. For the Boots, it's definitely go for SPD, make sure your Cyrene's SPD reach 180 and more. Choose HP% on both Sphere and Rope, Ice DMG on Sphere also acceptable, but HP% is more useful when you place Cyrene in Castorice's team.

 

Sub Stats

SPD > CRIT Rate / CRIT DMG > HP

For sub stats, try to get as much SPD as you can, and some CRIT stats would be nice after you .

 

Recommedned Endgame Stats

As mentioned above, prioritze Cyrene's SPD, make sure it reach 180 to trigger the third passive. Make it 200 if you get good luck, this is better for more point generation for Cyrene. CRIT Rate about 30%+ and CRIT DMG about 160%+ is good for F2P Trailblazers.

Light Cones Recommendation

Signature Light Cones

As a Remembrance path character that benefits from Speed and team-oriented buffs, Cyrene shines when equipped with Light cones that enhance SPD and amplify team damage output. Players should prioritize options that provide utility for allies rather than just raw personal DPS.

Cyrene’s signature Light Cone, “This Love, Forever” is undoubtedly her best-in-slot choice. This 5-star Remembrance Light Cone not only grants significant Speed to the wearer but also empowers the entire team, boosting their Damage and Crit Damage through its unique “Blank” and “Verse” effects. With its strong team-wide buffs, it perfectly complements Cyrene’s kit, allowing her to reach her full combat potential.

This Love, Forever

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ ATK: 476 | HP: 1270 | DEF: 463

A Promise

Increases the wearer’s Speed by 18% / 21% / 24% / 27% / 30%. When the wearer’s Memosprite uses a Memosprite Skill on an ally, it gains “Blank,” which causes all enemies to take 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% / 18% more damage. When the Memosprite uses a skill on an enemy, it gains “Verse,” which increases all allies’ Crit Damage by 16% / 19% / 22% / 25% / 28%. If the Memosprite has both “Blank” and “Verse,” the effects of both are amplified by 60% / 65% / 70% / 75% / 80%. 

Other Choice

Alternatively, these Light Cone will provide 85%~90% performance of the Signature one:

Memory's Curtain Never Falls is a five-star Light Cone available through the Herta's Store, dedicated to the characters in the Path of Remembrance.

In addition, Victory In a Blink can be obtained through the Nameless Glory, making it a very cost-effective option!

	Final Hit Increases the wearer's CRIT DMG by 12% / 15% / 18% / 21% / 24% . When the wearer's memosprite uses an ability on any ally target, increases all ally targets' DMG dealt by 8% / 10% / 12% / 14% / 16% , lasting for 3 turn(s).

Cyrene Signature Light Cone vs Eidolons

Signature LC (S1): It gives 18% SPD and up to 16% vulnerability to all enemies and around 25% CRIT DMG to the whole team. Do keep in mind that the other buffs beside SPD requires Cyrene use her own buff and Memosprite Skill.

E1: When using special Memosprite Skill with her own buff, she will get extra 6 points and addtional bounces of damage. Essentially you can now double Ult and instantly generate a free 6 for another Ult real soon, and it means every subsequent set of 3 Ults you get half of one back. It doesn't help her generation before her ramp up though. It is kind of good Eidolon.

E2: This is her best Eidolon and the best investment for Cyrene, really helpful for 0 cycle clears. It grants her 12 points when entering combat. If you combine the E1's 6 points, it would be 18 at the very start. You also get a bonus to the skill's True DMG buff, up to 24%. 

E4: Her E4 just increases her bounce damage multiplier of the automatic attack from her own buff every time it used, this can stack up to 24 times. This is simply blows up her damage potential, not necessary for support Cyrene.

E6: E6 steals Robin's gimmick with a 100% Action Advance to the whole team on the first Ultimate. Then you can reduce 20% DEF of all enemies for the first time you choose her own buff, then you can advance all allies by 24% for the second time and more. What? Dance Dance Dance Eidolonize?!

In short, the recommended Cyrene pulling priority is E0S0 > E1S0 > E2S0 > E2S1 > E6S1.

 

Best Teams

How Cyrene's Charge Generation Works

Cyrene requires 24 Recollection Points to cast her first Ultimate. Based on the mechanics we discussed earlier, an E0 Cyrene starts with 6 points from her passive. With 180 SPD, she can typically take 2 turns within the first cycle, gaining 6 additional points.

If Hyacine (with over 200 SPD) is on the team, she can act 3 times in the same cycle, so does her memosprite Ica. That's 6 more points in total. The remaining two allies generate 2 points.

Altogether, that’s 22 points. With just a few teammate Ultimates used during the cycle, Cyrene can easily reach the 24 points threshold needed to unleash her Ultimate.

This is how her charge generation works for most team. But if you use the full Remembrance team, their memosprites will add extra points, it would be faster for you to generate 24 points.
