Cyrene's Best Team Comps Recommendation | Honkai: Star Rail 3.7

Honkai: Star Rail Version 3.7 is officially launching on November 5, 2025, marking the grand finale of the long-running Amphoreus saga! With this update, the long-awaited Cyrene finally joins the roster as a new Ice Remembrance support, and her potential is absolutely incredible.

Are you wondering who she synergizes best with? Or which team compositions can fully unleash her power? Don't worry! We've got you covered! In this guide, we'll walk you through 5 recommended teams for Cyrene, explaining how each works and why they're great. Let's dive right in and discover which one can bring out her full strength!

 

Cyrene + Hyacine Setup

I personally recommended Cyrene + Hyacine setup. No wonder Hyacine would be the best character in this whole 3.x banner, she is such a universal healer.

Her SPD is higher than Cyrene (around 200), so she can about 3 points of Recolloection for Cyrene in one cycle. With her memosprite Ica, who can also helps Cyrene stacking 3 points in one cycle, Hyacine generate 6 Recollection points in total, that's a lot.

On top of that, her buff is something that doesn't need her to be targeted by Cyrene to be activated. It just gets activated automatically when Cyrene use her skill on anyone, meaning she can simply focus on the DPS and Hyacine will automatically get buffed. 

With these powerful setup, you can randomly choose the DPS and Support characters. Of course, it would be better to choose teams with Chrysos Heirs or full Remembrance team to get more poinmts at the beginning if you want to cast Cyrene's Ult faster.

 

Cyrene + Castorice + Evernight +Hyacine

This team is definitely the best team for Cyrene, full Remembrance characters for 6 points of Recollection. With their rotations, Remembrance units have an advantage in generating points,  Memosprite units do not cosume Future buff. So Cyrene's Ultimate would charge faster in this team.

All buffs Cyrene gives to these Chrysos Heirs are effective during the entire battle, so we can choose Cyrene's own buff to deal more damage or buff Hyacine for more energy.

• Evernight excels in supporting through her Memosprite interactions and grant of CRIT DMG buffs and team-wide bonuses, her Memosprite also grants more Recolleciton points for Cyrene. 
• Hyacine offers team-wide Max HP buffs and healing, and works especially well when there are HP consumption or recovery mechanics to trigger additional effects.
• Castorice's damage is extremly max out in this team build. Cyrene buff her with 200% "Newbud" and up to 0.48% DMG multiplier, Hycine's healing and Evernight's Memosprites explosion make Castorice's Ult charge faster.
• Cyrene buffs herself more in this setup, which increase the overall team damage ouput.

For alternativers, you can choose RMC or Tribbie, RMC can advance Cyrene's action for more points and his buff triggers the automatic attack from Cyrene. RMC is the best option for who want to max out Cyrene's damage output.

As for Tribbie, she also has a permanent buff, so she doesn't have to be targeted constantly. She provides very strong damage buffs to the entire team, which Cyrene also benefits from.

In short, this composition not only has strong parameter synergy but also strategic coherence and explosive damage potential, making it a top-tier team to pair with Cyrene.

 

Cyrene + Phainon + Cerydra + Dan Heng PT

This team builds on control and multi-action synergy, ideal for fights requiring both stability and sustained True DMG conversion. 

• The buff Cyrene gives to Phainon would let him be the Boss. Phainon gains 6 "Coreflames" and entering the "Eternal Ignition" when tranforming. This state will not get an end until Phainon lose all HP. The CRIT DMG and CRIT Rate bonus provided helps Phainon to deal more damage.
• Cerydra's “military merit” effects grant additional hits and amplify Phainon's total damage.
• Dan Heng PT provides steady shields and follow-ups, keeping long combo turns uninterrupted.

If you replace Dan Heng PT with RMC for more damage output, I would like to give you a combat rotation and build tips to help you ensure survalibility and master this team well:

Rotations: 

Before the battle: Use Characters' Technique except Phainon, then Phainon attack the enemy.

During the battle: RMC summon Mem → Cyrene use Skill → Cerydra target Phainon → Mem Advance Cyrene's action → Cyrene use Skill → Phainon use Basic Attack → Cerydra use Ultimate → RMC Basic Attack (hold the Ultimate) → Cyrene Skill → RMC Ultimate → Cerydra Skill → Cyrene Ult (One buff for Phainon and one for Cerydra) → Cerydra Ult → RMC Ult and Mem advance Phainon's action → Phainon Ult.

With the above rotation, Phainon will cast his Ult with full Coreflames and Military Merit, helps him deal massive damage in the Eternal Ignition state.

 

Cyrene + Anaxa + Tribbie + Hyacine

This team is slightly better than his original team, which is with Sunday. Here're why this team works:

• Anaxa's specific buff is a one-time effect, restore a SP, 100% advance Anaxa's action, and increase his number of his Skill's bonuces by 3 for 1 turn. This bonuces can be duplicate by Cerydra's Talent, so make sure you use Cyrene's Ult in the right time. You can unleash Anaxa's Skill for 4 times with 32 Bonuces!
• After that, when Anaxa cast his BA or Skill, all Erudition characters in the team will gain 60% ATK bonus and 40% Skill DMG bonus. 
• Cyrene's buff for Cerydra is effect in the entire battle, increase 30% CRIT DMG for characters with Military Merit, and reduce the charge requirement after Coup de Main ends. This is optimization of the whole rotation, so we should use this buff ASAP. When we stack 6 Military Merit, release Cyrene's second Ult and choose Anaxa. repeat this process inthe following combat. 

You can replace Hyacine by Dan heng PT. Just like her, Dan Heng PT's buff would be effective without being targeted. The Bondmate will gain additional DMG in the next 3 attacks when Cyrene use Memosprite Skill.

 

Cyrene + Mydei + Tribbie + Hyacine

Here are Mydei's best team in this meta, his damage totally burst out with the 200% CRIT DMG bonus buff. 

• You also need Hyacine because she is the only Chrysos Heir can heal and Mydei need it. She maintains team survivability so Mydei can safely consume HP and extend the attack flow.
• Tribbie provides significantly DMG amplification, permanent buff, and great synergy with Hyacine.
• Mydei's HP-charged swings and excess actions generate dense damage clusters, providing numerous proc triggers within short bursts.

You can use some replacement like Cerydra, RMC, Sparkle on the third-slot, or Lingsha, Huohuo, and Luocha on the fourth slot.

Since there not a lot of Memosprites in this team to generate points, having RMC's 100% Action Advance is great for point generation. But Tribbie is slightly better in terms of overall team damage, especaially you have a S5 Dance Dance Dance on her.

 

Cyrene + Aglaea + Sunday + Hyacine

Aglaea gets a decent upgrade from E0 Cyrene, replacing the Robin slot. 

• Cyrene’s buff to Aglaea is a one-time effect. Aglaea immediately gain Romatic and her Memosprite SPD boost to its max. After their attascks, Agalea receive 70 energy regen, increase 72% DMG and 36% Ignorance to targets. 
• Sunday, however, is a must-have for Aglaea. He ensure Aglaea to achieve multiple actions and provides damage bonus for both Aglaea and her Memosprite. 

Still, I have some tips for you during the battle. Choose Aglaea in Cyrene’s first Ult, and choose Aglaea again after Aglaea receive 70 energy.
