Listen up, Governors.
You’ve seen it happen. The whales zoom past you, snatching every Level 3 vein in sight, and you’re left wondering if there’s even a point in trying.
Here’s the truth nobody tells you: Eternity’s Reach isn’t about power. It’s about tempo.
I’ve placed first in this event multiple times, and no—I’m not a mega-spender. I just stopped playing the game the way the game wants me to play it. And in this guide, I’m going to show you exactly how to do the same.
Grab a coffee. Let’s get to work.
What Is Eternity’s Reach?

Eternity’s Reach is a 30-minute timed event where Governors compete to collect the most Copper Ore. Simple, right?
Not exactly.
Here’s why this event matters more than most:
- Governor Charm Materials. This is the best recurring source of Charm Designs and Charm Guides in the game. These aren’t just nice-to-have—they directly boost your troops’ Health and Lethality.
- No permanent losses. Your troops are unlimited and automatically scale to your highest unlocked tier. What happens in Eternity’s Reach stays in Eternity’s Reach.
- The playing field is flatter than you think.Because you can’t attack other players’ cities, and everyone gets free troops, strategy beats spending. Period.
If you’ve been skipping this event because you think it’s whale territory, you’re leaving so many charms on the table.
The Core Mechanics You Need to Know
Before we dive into strategy, let’s get the rules straight:
|
Mechanic |
What You Need to Know |
|
Duration |
30 minutes |
|
Objective |
Collect as much Copper Ore as possible |
|
Troops |
Unlimited, free, and scaled to your highest tier |
|
Hero Cooldown |
If a hero is defeated, 5-minute cool down |
|
March Slots |
Your biggest limitation—more slots = more ore |
|
Loot Wagon |
Special unit that collects scattered ore, doesn’t use a march slot |
|
PvP |
Cannot attack other players’ cities (your city is shielded) |
|
Registration |
Must register up to 10 minutes before your chosen time slot |
Critical tip: Before the event starts, recall all your troops from gathering. If you have armies outside your city when the timer hits zero, you won’t be able to enter.
The Skill Tree Path

When you first spawn in, you’ll have a 2-minute 30-second countdown. Use this time to zoom out, scan the map, and plan your teleport if your area looks crowded.
Once the battle starts, your only goal is to level up your skill tree as fast as possible. Here’s the exact path you’re taking:
Right → Right → Left → Left → Right
Let me break down why:
|
Level |
Side |
Effect |
Why It Matters |
|
1 |
Right |
+1,500 Copper per Cesar Guard defeated |
Your bread-and-butter income. Every kill stacks this. |
|
2 |
Right |
+25% March Speed |
You’re constantly waiting on marches. This cuts that time dramatically. |
|
3 |
Left |
+5,000 Copper when occupying a vein (60s cooldown) |
The most important skill in the tree. This is your engine. |
|
4 |
Left |
+20% Gathering Efficiency |
Faster clears on Fracture Veins |
|
5 |
Right |
+50% Gathering Speed for 60 seconds (manual activation) |
Pop this right before Fracture Veins spawn |
Pro Tip: The Level 5 skillmust be activated manually.Don’t forget to use it. And only trigger it whenallyour marches are actively gathering—that’s when you get maximum value.
The Winning Strategy – Phase by Phase

Phase 1: The XP Rush (First 3-5 Minutes)
Goal: Unlock your Level 3 skill as fast as humanly possible.
- Send all your marches to attack Cesare’s Guards
- Prioritize Level 2 Guards—they give more XP than Level 1s
- Use the Search button to find guards faster
- Skip guards that are already under attack—don’t waste time contesting
Do not gather from veins during this phase. You’re here for XP, not ore. The ore comes later.
Don’t teleport yet unless your area is completely swarmed. You want to stay put, farm guards, and unlock that Level 3 skill ASAP.
Phase 2: The “Vein Tap” Engine (Minutes 5-23)
Once you unlock Level 3 (Left)—the 5,000 Copper on vein occupation—your strategy shifts completely.
Here’s the trick that wins events:
The “Vein Tap” Technique
Send a march to any guarded Copper Vein. The moment it arrives, you get 5,000 Copper. Then immediately recall it.
Wait 60 seconds. Do it again.
That’s it. That’s the engine.
You don’t need to hold the vein. You don’t need to fight for it. You just need to touch it.
While you’re doing this:
- Keep your other marches hunting Cesare’s Guards(remember, +1,500 per kill)
- Keep your Loot Wagon moving—those scattered ore piles add up
- Use the event timer to track your 60-second vein tap cool down
What about Level 2 and Level 3 veins?
Once your skill tree is maxed, you can start actually gathering from veins. But here’s the play:
- Level 2 veins are your sweet spot.Level 3 veins are whale-bait—constantly contested and not worth the headache.
- If Level 2s are all taken, Level 1s are fine. Consistent income beats fighting over nothing.
Phase 3: Fracture Vein Outburst
You’ll see a warning on screen before the Fracture Veins spawn.
These are not optional.
|
Vein Type |
Copper/Second |
|
Normal Level 1 |
8 |
|
Normal Level 2 |
16 |
|
Normal Level 3 |
~32 |
|
Fracture Vein |
200 |
Yes, you read that right.200 per second.
Your Fracture Vein checklist:
- Recall all troopsa few seconds before the warning ends
- Activate your Level 5 skill(the gathering speed boost)
- Rush to occupy as many Fracture Veins as possible
- Don’t stress if you lose a few—they respawn in waves
After the outburst ends:
- Skill tree not maxed? Go back to hunting guards.
- Skill tree maxed? Back to Level 2 veins + the 5,000 Copper tap cycle.
Phase 4: The Peak of Eternity Snipe (Final 7 Minutes)
With 7 minutes left, the center of the map—the Peak of Eternity—unlocks.
Here’s where most players make a mistake. They think they need to hold it.
You don’t.
All you need is one second of occupation.
Why? Because at the end of the event, there’s a separate Occupation Ranking that rewards everyone who captured the Peak, even briefly. The top spots on that leader board can give you tens of thousands of bonus Copper.
The Snipe Play:
- When your strongest march returns to your city, send it to the Peak
- Even if you get immediately kicked out, you’ve secured your spot on the occupation leaderboard
- Then go right back to your vein tap + guard hunting cycle

Pro Tips & Common Mistakes
✅ Do This:
|
Tip |
Why |
|
Teleport if your area dries up |
Fresh guards = more XP = more ore. Teleports are cheap; missed opportunities aren’t. |
|
Use the Search button constantly |
Manual scrolling wastes seconds. Seconds add up. |
|
Keep your Loot Wagon moving |
Free ore that doesn’t use a march slot? Yes, please. |
|
Set a mental alarm for 7 minutes |
Don’t miss the Peak unlock window. |
|
Time your teleports around Fracture Vein spawns |
Don’t teleportawayfrom an incoming outburst. |
❌ Don’t Do This:
|
Mistake |
Why It Hurts |
|
Sitting in veins for minutes |
You get the 5,000 bonus on arrival. Staying longer is wasted time. |
|
Fighting over Level 3 veins |
Whale territory. You’ll burn time and get nothing. |
|
Ignoring the Peak |
That’s bonus ore you’re leaving on the table. |
|
Letting marches sit idle |
If a march isn’t moving, it’s not earning. |
|
Forgetting to recall before Fracture Veins |
Your troops will be stuck gathering slow nodes while everyone else grabs the 200/sec veins. |

The Bottom Line
You don’t need to be a whale to crush Eternity’s Reach.
You need tempo. You need consistency. And you need to stop playing the game the way the game wants you to play it.
The “vein tap” engine alone—5,000 Copper every 60 seconds, plus 1,500 per guard kill—will put you in the top 10 more often than not. Add in smart Fracture Vein grabs and a clean Peak snipe, and you’re competing for the podium.
Now get in there, Governor. Those Charm materials aren’t going to collect themselves. Happy hunting.🔥
